As first-time homebuyers, we had numerous questions that Oliver and Ian promptly provided answers to. When we found our dream home, Oliver and Ian jumped on it right away by setting up the walkthrough and guiding us on how to make an appealing offer to ensure the house could be ours. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of throughout the entire process. We couldn't have been happier with Oliver and Ian who handled the sale of our property, they could see the true value (unlike another local agent) and through their hard work and marketing they managed to achieve a sale for us at least £25k more than the competitor. If you are looking to buy or sell in the Garston/Bricketwood area, they should be your first call.

It took several fallen through sales before the sale of my Mum's house to go through and Carter Hayward were patient, professional and helpful throughout. At the time we were selling, I lived 50 miles away from my Mum and it was important to us that she felt 100% comfortable with the agent, which she did with these guys. In fact, she described them more than once as 'lovely'! The eventual sale wasn't the smoothest, but they were in constant touch and an effective go between with us and the buyers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Despite a difficult market and several sales that fell through, Oliver and the Team remained positive and helpful throughout, with us selling the property to the 3rd buyer. They were always happy to help and went over and above with reassuring my Mum and doing all of the viewings for her. In fact, their pleasantness was one of the deciding factors in choosing them. At the time I was over 50 miles away from Mum so needed her to be completely comfortable with the agents, who she described on more than one occasion as 'lovely'. They showed great patience throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After every viewing came back with feedback straight away .
When I got an offer kept me in informed all the way through the sale . Liaising with my buyers solicitors, their buyers solicitors and mine . So we could all agree on a date .
Amazing guys very efficient but warm and friendly too . Well deserved 5 stars .
