It took several fallen through sales before the sale of my Mum's house to go through and Carter Hayward were patient, professional and helpful throughout. At the time we were selling, I lived 50 miles away from my Mum and it was important to us that she felt 100% comfortable with the agent, which she did with these guys. In fact, she described them more than once as 'lovely'! The eventual sale wasn't the smoothest, but they were in constant touch and an effective go between with us and the buyers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Despite a difficult market and several sales that fell through, Oliver and the Team remained positive and helpful throughout, with us selling the property to the 3rd buyer. They were always happy to help and went over and above with reassuring my Mum and doing all of the viewings for her. In fact, their pleasantness was one of the deciding factors in choosing them. At the time I was over 50 miles away from Mum so needed her to be completely comfortable with the agents, who she described on more than one occasion as 'lovely'. They showed great patience throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Just completed on my house which was for sale with Oliver and Ian at carter Haywood .
After every viewing came back with feedback straight away .
When I got an offer kept me in informed all the way through the sale . Liaising with my buyers solicitors, their buyers solicitors and mine . So we could all agree on a date .
Amazing guys very efficient but warm and friendly too . Well deserved 5 stars .

We have just purchased our lovely Bungalow with so much help from Ian and Oliver. They really went the extra mile to keep everything running as smoothly as a property purchase ever can be. Unfortunately the sale of our previous house with another agent was a difficult long process. Ian and Oliver were very patient and never gave up on us. Purchasing a property can be extremely stressful with many touch and go moments. Both Ian and Oliver went above and beyond to insure they could do as much as they could through means of communication and mediation to assist the process to completion. We have dealt with many agents in the past but none of them have been as friendly, as understanding and as supportive as Oliver and Ian.
