Clare Bingham at this branch has been outstanding in her communication, proactive, transparent and supportive. Savills are not even our estate agents (they are the estate agents for the property we are purchasing) and if I had this experience before I would have certainly chosen Clare and Savills to handle my property sale instead. Conducted a electrical home safety check , while we weren’t at home. We came home to furniture which was screwed to the wall had been pulled, not unscrewed leaving holes in the wall. This didn’t have to be moved as access to the plug was available without this happening. They had also moved a a tv cabinet and many boxes to get to a plug but made no attempt to move these back. Very untidy and complete disregard to people’s belongings.
