Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Conducted a electrical home safety check , while we weren’t at home. We came home to furniture which was screwed to the wall had been pulled, not unscrewed leaving holes in the wall. This didn’t have to be moved as access to the plug was available without this happening. They had also moved a a tv cabinet and many boxes to get to a plug but made no attempt to move these back. Very untidy and complete disregard to people’s belongings.... Read more

Never got calls for feedback, properties we have seen would then be under offer without them giving us a call to see if we were also interested in offering.
