Absolutely awful. The team were very nice and helpful with any queries, but they sold a house with a front door which doesn't unlock! Bit useless buying a house and not being able to enter it through the front door. They claim there is no key for the lock. Thought they would check that before selling the house. Now they've sold the house they are not being helpful and suggested calling a locksmith. Would not recommend.

Why 5 stars?
Well I faffed about and at short notice decided not to rent. 48hrs later circumstances changed and presented myself into the office to see if Maddeline could rescue the original tenants. Maddeline was very understanding at my initial cancellation and very receptive and professional ,working tirelessly to recover the original agreements within 48hrs and the renters moved in and both landlord and tenants happy. All I can say is, if Your Move are raining their staff to his standards, it's no wonder they are the biggest agents on the m,arket. The Nottingham branch have been great in dealing with an issue I’ve been experiencing.
Your Move are the lettings agency who manage the property next to mine and have always taken the time to discuss any issue I have with the neighbouring tenants, both verbally and via email.
They’ve taken proactive steps to assist me and after corresponding with senior members of the team, I’m aware that they’ve done everything possible to try to solve the issue I approached them about.
I’ve mainly dealt with Maddy who has been great, despite being on the end of a few frustrating emails, but I genuinely appreciate her efforts despite the negative situation that had occurred.

Rang your move last Friday(11/02/22) to seek advice regarding a mortgage, I spoke to a lady called Andrea who was so polite and professional from start to finish. Andrea made me aware the mortgage advisor couldn’t take my call at that time but being a typical male I was curious and wanted some of my questions answered regarding a mortgage, she was more than happy to help and give me the pure basics of a mortgage. Andrea then booked me in with the mortgage advisor Daniel, less than a week later (15/02/22) we had a video call and gave me some great advice which made me feel really confident and secure, reassuring he will be with me until I get the keys. I will now be going with Daniel for my mortgage I was that impressed. Big thanks to Andrea and Daniel, keep up the good work guys.

To say the sale of the house had complications was an understatement. However, Maddie's knowledge and professionalism was and is second to none. Over the past I have dealt with many estate agents but none have impressed me as much as Your Move. Arjan was very efficient in answering any queries we had and provided a top class service.
Despite running into various issues with their panel Solicitors, Arjan did his very best to get them resolved and always provided a happy, cheerful and efficient customer service.
I would recommend you stay away from their panel solicitors and use your own conveyancer to avoid the issues I faced (delays of 7 months as a buyer ). Thanks for your help and support once again Arj, you are a credit to the Branch.

I have called many agents throughout Nottingham regarding letting out my property, as I need to relocate for work purposes and after speaking with many agents who didn’t seem to know much about what they’re doing and couldn’t answer any questions! I then called Your Move Nottingham and spoke to Jennie the Lettings Manager and I have to say she has been a breath of fresh air! Following a conversation with them , I waited and waited for my valuation. It never came and despite many emails and calls, I never got anywhere. Eventually someone did call me back and in fairness did provide the valuation quite quickly. They just need to work on calling clients back, even if it just to say that have got the message and will be in touch. It makes a difference.

Charlotte and Georgia worked extremely hard to find us tenants to fit our criteria. We had used other agents like Hart who completely disregarded what we had asked for and were willing to put anyone in our property even if they were not suitable. Having just become a landlord for the first time it was really good having the lettings team in the Nottingham branch help me through the entire process and offer their advice and expertise. The team there are really helpful and punctual with things that you might need or questions you don't know the answers to and when I get my next property I will definitely be giving Your Move a set of keys!

EXCELLENT! Special mention to The branch manager Jennifer who looked after us through the whole process of selling our first home and purchasing our new one. Everything was taken care of, we were guided through it all with ease and calmness in the knowing everything was being done in our best interest. We felt like we were celebrities with the red carpet treatment. The quality of service is the difference you get between the likes of these guys and the selling them cheap agents, which to us was priceless.

They fully manage my property and the tenant was referenced and credit checked and to date the service has been spot on. AMAZING BRANCH, COMMUNICATION AND STAFF! I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Your Move. I am a property sourcer for investors and so deal with agencies on a daily basis. It's important to have a great relationship doing business together and the team at Your Move in the city make it super easy. Arjan is brilliant and goes beyond his normal job role to help. Very misleading tactics used by this company. i've been renting from these for three years now. they continue to charge me admin fees and tie you into a 12 month contract rather then offering you a rolling contract after the first 12 months. they dodge around giving me the landlords contact details (when requested to), so i can communicate with them directly. i recently wrote to them asking that they ask the landlord if i could be placed on a rolling tenancy agreement otherwise i'd be leaving the property at the end of my current agreement. they've not mentioned anything about contacting the landlord and agreed for me to leave the property. this is blatant abuse of there control over this situation. if anyone is thinking of using them avoid at all costs. they only care about profit and care nothing for their customers.

I've recently sold my house through Your Move Nottingham after being recommended through a friend. I have to say, it was all true, they kept me updated all the way, worked hard on my behalf, i really felt like they too all the stress out of selling and did everything for me while keeping me in the loop. Laura came to value my house and i believe what she said and therefore choose Your Move. Kirsty helped me through everything and Jennifer the manager saw be through to exchange without a glitch. Extremely helpful, extremely kind. 100% gets my recommendation.

A lot of choices nowadays for which agent to use when selling and letting but hands down as a landlord when I begin to amend my portfolio soon speaking about selling and letting my property with the team at Your Move Nottingham was the best choice I’ve made and will definitely be actioning on it in the near future.

The office team are brilliant such a friendly vibe and brilliant atmosphere.

As an ongoing client of Your Move I can honestly say I have been distinctly unimpressed by the service I have received in the past by the Nottingham branch. Thanks to Emma in particular, I can say my impression is rapidly changing as she really has done an impressive job. She has kept me informed of the latest situation and been honest when asked a straight question. The only reason I have not awarded 5 stars is that there is still a way to go to fully repair the customer relationship breakdown in the past but we’re on our way. Great job ????

With a delay for moving into our new flat because of our guarantors references the whole team here helped us so much. We were squeezing our budget out on accommodation and the manager Emma personally monitored for our paperwork coming in and out to get our tenancy signed asap. We managed to get our keys at 5:30 when the office is meant to shut and saved us unnecessary expenditure on a hotel for that night.
They've been communicative and responsive ever since for our enquiries. A friendly and professional team :)

My whole family have recommended them to me as they have used Your Move for years and for countless property's, including buy to lets, so I came to these guys. Me and my Husband have recently got married and are looking at putting his flat on the market so we can buy a home together. He has previous experience in getting on the property market but has taken the back seat this time and he has allowed me to take over. I have gone from 0 confidence to 100 and feel its not as hard and scary as it sounds. I first met Laura when she came over to our flat to give an evaluation, She was so friendly and warm and went above and beyond in explaining to me about the traditional method and the modern method. She gave me so much detail and went into depth with everything. ( I had so many questions and concerns as the whole selling the house seemed to be a very daunting process for me) She gave me detailed and honest answers to everything I asked her. I asked for a lot of advice and she covered everything, I have not one complaint to make and if i did I would be lying. When my husband came home from work he was extremely impressed with the detail of information Laura had given me, he told me that other estate agents he had known had never covered that much detail and information!
I have also recently been in to the your move office, which is situated behind the church in the centre on Nottingham (its a very nice office) and I had a warm welcome. I was seen straight away by Guriq, he was aware I only had an hour for my lunch break so wanted to make sure we covered as much as poss in our first meeting. He was fantastic! he went through all the different company's/banks that do mortgages (there was loads). He gave me figures for what sort of mortgage I would get and offered plenty of advise regarding finance. He is defiantly your go to man! We are still in the process of selling so I will be writing another review once we have gone through the whole process. But i feel so confident and feel that I have huge support from these guys and that I come first with everything.

Just dealt with the staff at the your move Nottingham branch. I dealt with sam from the sales team. I have spoke to loads of negotiators though my time as im an investor in properties and she gave me possibly the best customer service iv ever had. She was friendly, really fun to talk to and she did everything I asked her for over the phone really quickly. Ive just seen below someone putting a nagative comment about her but from the girl i have just spoken too I think they must be talking about the wrong person. Thank you for your help samantha. Your a credit to your team.

Shocking service!!! As a buyer, there is no help. very rude staff and asking repeatedly same questions over and over again. No professionalism at all and shocking how company like this expect to do well when they cannot train their staff well. Customer service is Nil. Get some special training and try and be more helpful if you want to do well. Training required from Branch manager to negotiator in this place for sure.

Spoke to few staff and they all seems to have such an attitude, it's like they are so not happy with the job or perhaps working for the company, particularly Sam & Kirsty. Makes you wonder if the management do monitor there phone calls. I certainly wouldn't use them for sure.

Thinking of moving to the area as better opportunities with work, rang up your local Nottingham office and asked a few questions and was given straight answers which helped me work out if it was worth me moving to the area. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and very clear and professional and would highly recommend there services to anyone wanting information or help in regards to moving to the area or looking for a home

So bad! Avoid using your move in Nottingham as either a buyer or seller. They forget to send you confirmations, don't turn up to viewings and blame it on glitches... Then you try to put an offer in and they never even call you back. Emailed to complain and to ask about the offer, just ignored my whole email and said in a few words "it sold". No apologies or even the simple word sorry.
Unprofessional will never use them to buy or sell and you shouldn't either.

I have just rented a flat from Your Move in Nottingham and they have been nothing but helpful from start to end. I've had bad experiences with Letting agents in the past but Your Move has been very refreshing. Great team and would recommend to anyone looking for a flat in Nottingham.

Called the Nottingham branch over a week ago, spoke to a chap called Frank who advised the resedential sales person was busy. Took my contact details and promised a call back. Heard nothing, no missed call or voicemail left by them. Rubbish. Have now contacted other estate agents in the Nottingham area
