Complete incompetence and lies from the solihull branch, ongoing discrepancies, told me I wasn’t aloud to offer on one of their properties unless I used there mortgage advisor and solicitors, I just feel like a sales transaction, over 2 weeks now and they won’t update me on my offer, playing games, yet there still excepting viewings and reduced the cost of the house I’ve offered on, one excuse after another with no updates- avoid at all costs !!

I was encouraged primarily to follow the modern auction route. This proved disastrous with very few viewings, one offer which was below the minimum starting price. I had continual encouragement to lower the price further while other flats in the same block were selling for £20 - £25,000 more. Eventually withdrew from this system and have now placed the flat on the market conventionally.

Text book example of the cliché that is an estate agent. Flannel and lies. I would most definitely not recommend this one.
Multiple levels and examples of incompetence and bad communication include; incorrect spelling and grammar on RightMove, not verbally addressing fundamental T&C's, overpricing the property, taking keys without authorization and leaving the property unlocked after a viewing.
Unsympathetic and indifferent responses to valid complaints resulting in loss of trust. Escalation to Connells resulted in monetary compensation, but with an overriding level of flippance and insincerity. Avoid.

They are terrible ,we changed to Oscar James Corby office ,the service was like night and day ,they sold my house within hours of having it .

I found Pattison Lane to be fantastic for me and my family. Not only did they sell my house but they found me a house to buy as well that wasn’t even on the market. Phil and Sadie are experienced professionals who tell you as it is.

They got me, on average, a viewer per week through my door and it goes without saying that one of these viewers has bought my house. Phil and Sadie and the team deserve a lot of credit for everything they did for me. They are straight talking, they price houses fairly and they are competitive on price. They answer the phones and they reply to emails.

If you are looking to sell a house, and you want a fair conversation, speak to them. I did, and I didn’t regret it. Thank you Phil and Sadie.
