During the sale phase Craig and Henry were great. Having viewed potential purchase properties with them both prior to instructing an agent on our own home, they stood out as being superior compared to others locally. They had done their homework - had the answers to all our questions about the properties and were professional but not pushy - a stark contrast to some of the other agents who had showed us properties in the area.
This professionalism continued when Craig arrived to value ours, he was prepared, had done his research and was realistic.
Having had some challenging house moves in the past, the real value in paying out for an agent is after the sales agreed. Which is when Lorraine stepped in - she was our point of contact throughout, chasing the rest of the chain, solicitors etc to help get the date we needed and keep things moving even when it was technically out of remit - Lorraine was on the case!

We cannot rate Chamberlain Phillips highly enough - from the first meeting until the day of completion they have been fantastic.
Before the final sale we sold three times, but issues further down the chain and with an unrealistic buyer meant the sales fell through. During this we were kept up to date quickly and the negotiating carried out on our behalf was really great.
At all times the friendly, professional personalities and hard work really helped and we felt so reassured by the extensive and obvious experience and honest feedback. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our special thanks go to Craig and Henry for getting us sold and Lorraine for finally getting us over the line, but all staff we came into contact with were brilliantly knowledgeable.

A faultless service, with every effort made to achieve a good sale, through to a successful completion.
The initial valuation discussion was warm, friendly and not at all pressured. The photography, aerial view and video of each property with this Agent was better than any other viewed on the internet and was the deciding factor for us. Our house was presented beautifully in the pictures and the photographer was very easy and nice to have around too. The weather was not ideal for the first aerial photo and within a month they were back again to do a second aerial view, far superior to the first, no expense spared.
The viewings were conducted by the agents and all interest was handled sensitively. It felt like the staff were friends showing people round our house. Support during the sale process was always there instantly, professional, patient and diplomatic, holding everyone involved together through some difficult moments.
How often does anyone feel every penny of commission was well earned and well deserved? That was the case and I cannot recommend Chamberlain Phillips enough.

I was selling my late mother’s bungalow and Rob at Chamberlain Phillips was exactly the right person I needed to make it happen. From the moment he came to give a valuation right through to the final sale he was extremely professional, positive, helpful and a genuine nice person. He was the only estate agent I saw to offer me his condolences.
Rob and his colleagues went above and beyond in helping the sale to go through, nothing was too much trouble and there was always someone around to answer a query. They kept me up to date with all aspects of the sale and helped with the negotiation of selling some furniture to our buyers to.
I would highly recommend using Chamberlain Phillips to help with the sale of a property.

When Robert Chamberlain came to visit us with a view to selling our house it was like a' breath of fresh air' entering our very stressful world of moving house!
Having already experienced other estate agents, and our somewhat 'wary' view of the house selling world, we were completely overwhelmed with this pleasant, positive and very professional gentleman.
From the outset he had nothing but good to say about our house and was at all times giving us very good vibes as to the attractiveness of the property, something a number of other agents fail to see as important.
Then his possibly most admirable trait...HE IS AN EXTREMELY GOOD LISTENER and was prepared to spend time as we explained our needs and desires for the completion of any sale as well as some of the more unusual aspects of our situation. All he took in his stride and found uge amounts of reassurance every time we needed it, and did we need it sometimes!! If you are selling a 2 bedroom bungalow or a 6 bedroom Georgian Mansion Robert and all the Chamberlain team are just who you need to complete your future dreams.

We were over the moon to work with Chamberlain Phillips on the sale of our house.
Rob really partnered with us throughout the process, and what I found super helpful with this being our first move - he advised us on our options when we were having doubts - not pressuring us to sell at any point.
What made the process a lot easier was post-sale of our property, the sales progression side of things - Rob did not drop the ball at all and went above on beyond to get us across the line.
I would recommend working with Chamberlain Phillips to any one who will listen to me, as they really aren't your standard agent and they seem to be taking over the area with their coverage!
And, when we thought we couldn't like them any more - they sent us this beautiful hamper on completion!!

You will not find a better Estate Agents!
They do not forget about you the minute they have you on their books.
If you are looking for a property to buy they will go out of their way to help you. You don't just register with them and then you don't hear from them ever again, like some other agents.
The service they provide be it for buyers or sellers in incredible.
They always kept me up to date, on occasions even let me know important information when my solicitor didn't.
I will recommend them to anybody without hesitation.

This is a thoroughly professional Property Agency. The marketing policy was spot on with the property speedily sold subject to contract within a week or so of instruction after 8 months stagnating with other disinterested Agents. Dean performed heroically in keeping all parts of the chain up to date , chivvying when and where necessary to secure exchange and completion. His good humour and availability to take calls was much appreciated. When Dean was not available ( a rarity) Rob stepped in. Such a good partnership. Exchange came and completion has gone. Thank you Dean and Rob for facilitating the sale and purchase process and allowing us to navigate to a new port of call.
