Ben was an incredibly helpful and supportive agent throughout the sale of our seafront character flat. The whole team were approachable, helpful and informative. Viewings were arranged with suitable potential buyers and any issues with getting buyers was to do with the turbulent mortgage market at the time. There wasn't an instance where I was unable to contact somebody at the office.
Progression was as smooth as can be for a flat and a stressful experience was made much less than the nightmare it could have been.

I cannot praise the staff at Fenn Wright enough. Our purchase was long drawn out because of the lower part of the chain, while we were getting anxious Steve Lillistone was always reassuring us. With his close relationship with the developers of our bungalow all finally happened. Thank you Steve and of course Kelsey for all your efforts and understanding.

I had a really good experience recently selling my flat through Fenn Wrights at Manningtree. Ryan initially viewed the property and gave me confidence as he really knew the flats well and therefore gave me a realistic price. there was good communication throughout from Carla and others at the Mannigtree branch and they even helped me reassuring me and putting me in touch with a mortgage advisor when my mortgage with Santander fell through. Excellent. Experienced and it shows. The team led by Tony know the market well and pricing within the local areas and importantly the team pitch prices at the right estimate in our view. Great communicators. Great at bringing in potential buyers and then following up with them and us as sellers. So much better than the local agent frankly who seem to consistently pitch the prices too high. You also mention key pieces in your details which are critical e.g. pubs, restaurants, schools, train stations etc. Total respect to you Tony and thank you for making this whole sale stress free and win-win for all concerned. I would thoroughly recommend you as agents to family and friends.
