From beginning to end, I have loved working with the Chapman Stickels team. I have found them to be professional, reliable, trustworthy, proactively communicative, and very approachable. Over the past 20+ years, I have bought and sold a number of residential properties, and have had consistently disappointing and frustrating experiences with estate agents. So it was a genuinely pleasant surprise to meet Ben Stickels and colleagues!
I knew that I could trust them throughout the process, and felt welcome to contact the office whenever I had a question. They REALLY know their market.
Their marketing material is second to none, with an extraordinary quality of photography (including aerial shots) and beautiful production of printed brochures. All this was supported by a strong online presence that went live as soon as our agreement was in place, meaning that interest in my property was generated without delay.
I recommend, without reservation, Chapman Stickels to anyone who is thinking about selling their property - something I never believed I would be able to say about an estate agent! Thank you for smashing the estate agent stereotype and for helping me sell my house!

We experienced a very protracted sale but from start to finish Chapman Stickels were professional, friendly, proactive and very communicative. Everything you want in an estate agent at a time of stress and anxiety. Cleo was brilliant. This was our sixth move and by far the best agent we have used.

I vowed I would never move again (because of previous estate agents) but I have thanks to Chapman Stickels.
The best agents I have ever used and I would recommend them every time. Each member of staff was professional, polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Cleo and Benedict were on it from day 1, kept me informed and made me feel like one of the family.

I dealt with Chapman Stickels Estate Agents in relation to the sale of a rental property. The staff provided me with a number of options regarding future rental or sale of the property. I later decided to sell the property and all dealings were handled by Cleo. The transaction was conducted in a very professional manner. All calls and emails were responded to and I received regular updates regarding the transaction from Cleo. I would have no hesitation in using or recommending Chapman Stickels in the future.
