From beginning to end, I have loved working with the Chapman Stickels team. I have found them to be professional, reliable, trustworthy, proactively communicative, and very approachable. Over the past 20+ years, I have bought and sold a number of residential properties, and have had consistently disappointing and frustrating experiences with estate agents. So it was a genuinely pleasant surprise to meet Ben Stickels and colleagues! I knew that I could trust them throughout the process, and felt welcome to contact the office whenever I had a question. They REALLY know their market. Their marketing material is second to none, with an extraordinary quality of photography (including aerial shots) and beautiful production of printed brochures.
