They were supportive, understanding, encouraging and made our journey of purchasing a house, during the pandemic, as seamless as possible. As first time buyers, we were so grateful for everything they did and truly believe they went above and beyond whenever they could. When we come to sell, we will be giving them a call!

Selling and buying a house is no doubt a stressful experience. Parker Mercer Durnian were the estate agent for the house we purchased 7 years ago and because they went the extra mile and were extremely professional we have just used them to recently sell the house again. Jan and Lyndy are great to deal with and finely balance acting for the purchaser whilst finding and keeping the buyer happy and at the same time helping overcome barriers and herding the chain and the solicitors towards completion. If you are looking for an agent you can trust who will maximise the value of your property you will be in very safe hands choosing them.

Straightforward pricing with nothing hidden. Excellent communications throughout the process. Although Jan was our initial contact, the rest of the team pitched in whenever needed.

I instructed PMD to sell my Barford home in December 2019. I first met with Steve who immediately struck me as knowledgeable and reassuring, and we had a good long chat about the property and area rather than the sales pitch approach I experienced from the other 3-4 estate agents I spoke to.
Pricing and service level were both clear and straight forward, and I also opted to use PMD's photographer service. Very happy with the photos that were taken and the photographer even came back on a second occasion to take aerial drone photos in better weather.
Steve and the team were always available on the phone and replied to emails promptly. I also dealt with Jan a few times who liaised between me and the buyer to settle the price. Jan was very responsive and up-front & honest with me in terms of pricing I could expect and I feel we achieved a very good price for the house, especially considering the COVID situation.
By February we'd accepted an offer and set a target to complete by May. Unfortunately the Coronavirus pandemic hit and lockdown begun, however we still managed to complete by June thanks to the team's proactive approach.
Really happy with the quality service received and would highly recommend.

Parker Mercer Durnian have always professionally handled my property portfolio. Tenant's are always carefully selected and any void periods reduced, through their pro-active approach. Management of property is always expertly handled, with quick resolution of tenant issues and clear communication. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We needed to sell quickly as we saw a house we wanted to buy. Jan from Parker Mercer got us on the market with great suggestions about photos, marketing and an open day. Less than a week later we had an offer for the exact asking price and this was even £50,000 more than another agent said that we should market at! Asking around lots of people recommended Parker Mercer and we saw why. Good service and we'd use again (but we're not moving for years!).
