In particular Emma, who looked after my account from start to finish, she has been absolutely amazing in every aspect of coordination and bridge negotiation with the landlord. I found all staff very amenable, but Emma is a DIAMOND ????!

3rd Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I have just bought a house through Lovetts in Leamington Spa. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge that Jas Bagri and Ryan Kros were great. They went over and above with what was at times a difficult process with the vendor. Always positive and patient and very communicative. I could not recommend them more highly!

- 1st Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.

Thankfully Philippa was always at the end of the phone chasing up solicitors and keeping us posted, if it wasn't for her we would probably still be in limbo! - 28th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)Tim and Harry are outstanding. Initially, Tim pitched for the business and was an easy choice to give it to - his passion and drive were obvious. When he listed the house I dealt mostly with Harry, and he was fantastic too. He arranged a great number of viewings, secured an offer, and kept working hard until completion. Would recommend them both to anyone.
21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)If you’re a first time buyer, and especially one in an interracial relationship, (and has had weird interactions with some estate agents in Kenilworth, Leamington and Warwick as a result), I would recommend this R A Bennett branch. They were a breath of fresh air. We initially had Jason as our mortgage broker, and he was extremely helpful, answering our many questions. When we put down our first ever offer for a property (at a rival estate agent), Jason was extremely helpful even though it fell through. Luckily, what ended up happening was that we bought our first home last year via RA Bennett (with Pauline in Leamington), and it went well. Both were professional and polite helping us through the process.

I have been using this company for at least eight years and I can say all my experiences have been top class. I have dealt with Grant and Mark Wadsworth in particular but all the staff I have had contact with in particular the the two I have named have been friendly, helpful, very informative and professional. The agents I spoke to, as they were about to show people round, John and another lady, were delightful to chat with. The listing was efficient and rapid, very accurate drawings and description. I felt that the team knew us, cared about our sale. I felt that they were particularly trustworthy. Its clear they also cared about the buyers. Margetts have a very distinctive personality, I would definitely use Margetts again, and would recommend to anyone in and around Warwick.
