Oliver, Helen, Jerry, who are more office based, were a pleasure to deal with. The agents I spoke to, as they were about to show people round, John and another lady, were delightful to chat with. Really disappointing service when it comes to dealing with enquiries. We contacted the Warwick branch through various platforms as we were overseas and didn't get a single response via email or the rightmove platform. Excellent from start to finish. The sales negotiators were very professional and on the ball. There were some small issues wiith the Rightmove listing which Margetts were quick to remedy. I got great feedback immediately after each viewing although the staff conducting the viewings could have been more knowledgeable regarding the house. Overall would definitely recommend....
