We had an absolute nightmare with our re-mortgage because of our developer’s solicitor not removing the Unilateral Notice from our new build. Because of this, we had to move onto a variable tariff until it was removed. Isabella was on it, even through the festive period, keeping us up to date with what was going on. We’re now sorted on a rate that wasn’t too dissimilar from the offer we would have gone on to if it weren’t for the UN and we’re incredibly appreciative and grateful of all the hard work Isabella did for us. Thank you! ??
