Worst experience ive had with a Estate Agency. Very unprofessional and dishonest process of bidding offers on a property. Tom the Agent gave false information about offers and the client requirements. I spoke to another individual who gave an offer only to be told that Tom was giving false information about how high the offer was at and then proceeded to lie. This is a new Estate Agency operating in Birmingham and I will also be reporting them and their tactics along with other members of the public that have viewed properties and how Tom has been sharing offer amounts with everyone other than tbe clients

In 12 weeks of having my property on the market, there was not one viewing. All the communication was via WhapApp. There was no strategy after 6 weeks of no viewing. In the end it was me that contacted the agent and suggested removing my property from the market!

I’d originally only left a one star rating here and wasn’t going to air my grievances in public. Though, since I’ve now been accused of being a ‘troll’ by the business owner I don’t have any more reservations.
Dealing with Tom at Kingsman was stressful and confusing at times. With all my experience of buying and selling I still can’t quite understand the way in which he operates.
After entering into renegotiations I never understood why Tom would re-advertise the house we’re buying without telling us.
After Tom then received other rival offers on the house, I don’t understand why he would disclose someone else’s offer to us; egging us on to try and beat it.
After we trumped the rival offer by thousands, I wouldn’t expect to be told to jog on. I do wonder what, if anything, he has advised his client for them to reject this free money.
We’ve had a few messages from Tom updating us on some work the vendor is doing to the house, all followed by a ‘but you’re not buying it anyway.’ Why even bother?
Now we’re a couple thousand pounds down because this vendor has been poorly advised, all while the business owner is calling my review ‘fake’. Why not reach out to ask why we’re so annoyed with your staff?

It was an absolute pleasure to be assisted by Kingsman Estate Agents for my property purchase. This company sets themselves apart in terms of the personable approach they provide. David conducted the viewing of the property and it was clear he had an extensive knowledge and experience in the industry. I really appreciated his efficiency in getting things swiftly underway once my offer was accepted. I was then grateful to be introduced to Amelia who became my point of contact leading up to completion. Amelia was so supportive and reassuring and instrumental in keeping things progressing in order to help me get to completion as soon as possible. Lastly, I was so grateful to be assisted by Gemma in the set up of my new mortgage and mortgage protection, a service Kingsman provided at no extra cost and completely took the hassle away. We approached a few estate agents when we were looking to sell our first home. David at Kingsman was who we felt most comfortable with due to his balanced, clear and honest demeanour.
David calls and shows up when he says he will. Furthermore, there was no sleazy/pressured sales pitch. He talked us through his vast experience and how Kingsman operates. At the end of the consultation, David left us with his research and additional literature to read through. He answered our follow-up questions without losing patience, something that was needed with us as first-time sellers.
David was quick to process our sale and get the house on the market within days of the initial appraisal. He arranged viewings to suit our schedules and guided us through the feedback and offers received, even if it was outside of his usual office hours.
Once we’d made a decision and agreed to accept an offer, David transitioned us over to dealing with Amelia for the post-offer-accepted process. As is usually the case, this turned out to be more challenging than expected. However, Amelia was always on hand to chase up the laid-back buyers and their uncommunicative solicitors, whilst also keeping us updated on events/next steps. I am certain had it not been for David’s, and Amelia’s, excellent guidance and strong work ethic to stay on the case, we would still be in the throes of the exchange-completion battle with the buyers side still!
David was also able to get us a discount with the local movers! Thank you Kingsman for all your hard work, putting up with all our queries, and making the house sale as effortless as possible. It wasn’t plain sailing but I do not believe anyone else could have done it better.

He has a small but perfect team. Experts in Property, Finance and so incredibly important a dedicated Contract Chaser.
From start to finish we were always in close contact with David. He carried out all the viewings and gave us honest feedback from each one.
When financing for the buyer was proving problematic, Gemma found the correct deal.
Amelia chased the sale through in record quick time and was always quick in responding.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kingsman Estate Agents. Right from the start we were impressed by David's knowledge and professionalism. He put together high quality marketing particulars and was able to quickly generate viewings and offers. David's advice and transparency throughout the process was invaluable and he was great at keeping us in the loop as things progressed.
Amelia was always at the end of the phone during the sale process and was really helpful. Particularly on the exchange and completion days, she was chasing the solicitors and trying to push things through when there were problems.

Kingsman Estate Agents were the most professional, efficient and communicative organisation I have ever worked with. David came to value my flat and gave me super realistic commercials and marketed my flat at a reasonable and achievable price. We marketed my flat at the end of March and exchanged/completed at the end of June! A WhatsApp group was created for both my partner and I and we received lengthy updates from David after every viewing. Once I had agreed to the offer I received I was handed over to lovely Amelia who I spoke with each week, she was so easy to get a hold of and always returned my call/s within a short space of time. I was also recommended some solicitor's to help with the process and Arvinder was brilliant. The service we received from Kingsman Estate Agents was nothing short of incredible, I could not give them a higher recommendation. David valued our property and was very understanding of our situation at the time and did not push us to go on the market until we were ready. When we then called a few months later saying we had found our dream home, David said he could have us on the market and live online within 48 hours, and he delivered, and he was then able to sell our property with just 2 days of viewings! Having dealt with David, I wouldn't even consider choosing anyone else to sell any property for me in the future. Once we accepted an offer, we were then passed on to Amelia who dealt with all the sales progressing, and she was a pleasure to deal with. She was always available on the phone whenever questions came up, and was excellent at getting things moved along to meet our tight deadlines. Since we completed on our property, I have actually missed the daily conversations we had! It feels unusual to write a review given we were not a client per se, however from a buyer's perspective we found David and his team to be really dedicated to making sure the purchase/sale went through as smoothly and with as little stress as possible - for all parties. Particular praise is due to Amelia, who was really proactive in keeping comms flowing up and down the chain, this makes such a difference. If one thing stood out most in our dealings with David, it was a sense of honesty and integrity. He is definitely one of the good guys in an oft-maligned profession! I cannot recommend Kingsman highly enough. both David and Tom have been fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our house. The advice and experience Kingsman can offer is the best on the market and we would highly recommend Kingsman (and we already have done!) to anyone. At every stage David and/or Tom were there and the service level was fantastic, I felt like their only client! We both really appreciate all the hours you put in.
