It was an absolute pleasure to be assisted by Kingsman Estate Agents for my property purchase. This company sets themselves apart in terms of the personable approach they provide. David conducted the viewing of the property and it was clear he had an extensive knowledge and experience in the industry. I really appreciated his efficiency in getting things swiftly underway once my offer was accepted. I was then grateful to be introduced to Amelia who became my point of contact leading up to completion. Amelia was so supportive and reassuring and instrumental in keeping things progressing in order to help me get to completion as soon as possible. Lastly, I was so grateful to be assisted by Gemma in the set up of my new mortgage and mortgage protection, a service Kingsman provided at no extra cost and completely took the hassle away. Gemma was such a joy to speak to and was very thorough and dedicated to my best interests when setting everything up. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough and would not hesitate to approach them again in future and recommend to my family and friends. It’s five stars from me. Thank you so much Kingsman.

We approached a few estate agents when we were looking to sell our first home. David at Kingsman was who we felt most comfortable with due to his balanced, clear and honest demeanour.
David calls and shows up when he says he will. Furthermore, there was no sleazy/pressured sales pitch. He talked us through his vast experience and how Kingsman operates. At the end of the consultation, David left us with his research and additional literature to read through. He answered our follow-up questions without losing patience, something that was needed with us as first-time sellers.
David was quick to process our sale and get the house on the market within days of the initial appraisal. He arranged viewings to suit our schedules and guided us through the feedback and offers received, even if it was outside of his usual office hours.
Once we’d made a decision and agreed to accept an offer, David transitioned us over to dealing with Amelia for the post-offer-accepted process. As is usually the case, this turned out to be more challenging than expected. However, Amelia was always on hand to chase up the laid-back buyers and their uncommunicative solicitors, whilst also keeping us updated on events/next steps. I am certain had it not been for David’s, and Amelia’s, excellent guidance and strong work ethic to stay on the case, we would still be in the throes of the exchange-completion battle with the buyers side still!
David was also able to get us a discount with the local movers! Thank you Kingsman for all your hard work, putting up with all our queries, and making the house sale as effortless as possible. It wasn’t plain sailing but I do not believe anyone else could have done it better.
The offer of tea and cake at the new digs remains available ;-)

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Kingsman throughout the purchase process. As a first-time buyer there were many aspects I was unfamiliar with, but David/Amelia were always on hand to provide support and ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. The best estate agents I've ever dealt with, by a million miles! The Kingsman team has been fantastic throughout our recent house sale, giving a personal touch, and going above and beyond. David provided excellent, balanced and accurate advice about all aspects of the sale and regularly updated us with progress on viewings. Once we had found a buyer, Amelia stepped in to provide updates on progress both up and down the chain, working closely with our solicitors as we got closer to our completion date to ensure things went as smoothly as they could. Highly recommended!

Kingsman estate agents have been so helpful throughout our moving process. we really appreciated the level of communication and the efforts they made to keep us informed of changes/progress within the chain. From start to finish David and Amelia have been approachable and friendly whilst remaining professional. Considering the fact that Kingsman were not actually our estate agents, we felt supported throughout our journey.

I could not recommend these guys enough. Kingsman estate agents were fantastic to deal with. Not only are they helpful, but friendly and approachable and didn't make us feel pressured at all- which I find is uncommon with other real estate companies. After speaking to four estate agents, we were more than comfortable with our choice. David was knowledgeable, informative, professional and never pushy. He fully understood our position and requirements to find a buyer in a timely manner.
He has a small but perfect team. Experts in Property, Finance and so incredibly important a dedicated Contract Chaser.
From start to finish we were always in close contact with David. He carried out all the viewings and gave us honest feedback from each one.
When financing for the buyer was proving problematic, Gemma found the correct deal.
Amelia chased the sale through in record quick time and was always quick in responding.
Couldn’t be happier with them and will certainly consider using them again in future property dealings.
They deserve every luck in the future and we hope more sellers will give them a go.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kingsman Estate Agents. Right from the start we were impressed by David's knowledge and professionalism. He put together high quality marketing particulars and was able to quickly generate viewings and offers. David's advice and transparency throughout the process was invaluable and he was great at keeping us in the loop as things progressed.
Amelia was always at the end of the phone during the sale process and was really helpful. Particularly on the exchange and completion days, she was chasing the solicitors and trying to push things through when there were problems.
All in all we felt really supported from start to finish, taking a lot of the stress away. We would 100% recommend their services.

It’s definitely true that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but choosing Kingsman as our estate agent proved to be 100% the right decision!
