I have used Chris Ball Estates three times in the past 6 years and would highly recommend this local family agent.
In particular the last time I used their services I was overwhelmed by the fantastic help I received. I was in a position where I desperately wanted to get my house on the market and having explained my circumstances to Pam & Carol they worked wonders to achieve that.
Furthermore they then managed to sell my property in equally quick time - I cannot tell you how highly I valued the professional service I received, friendly and always helpful they allowed my family to subsequently move into our dream home. I will always be so grateful for the support they provided and would recommend this superb agency to anyone.

Called to arrange a viewing of a flat but had to call several times before I could get a time and date. They called the day of the viewing to rearrange for another day but when I arrived at the rescheduled time no one from Chris Ball was there. The flat was behind a code access gate and the office phones were not being answered. I waited 20 minutes and left.

I certainly wouldn't try to view another property through Chris Ball.

Chris Ball is a family run business. It is therefore bound to be more personal than the average estate agent. Throughout my sale I was dealt with by one person - Pam, which was superb, as I knew where I was at any stage. This is in contrast to certain agents who pass you about which frequently happens in Call Centres. At all times, I was dealt with professionally and with empathy as Pam, being fully conversant with all of the Bolton area seemed to understand the stress that is encountered in selling.

Needless to say, completion has now taken place and I am now renting a property with the same estate agent and receiving the same professional service with Carol who deals with property leasing. I love my new home.

A very big thank you to all the staff who helped me in this transition.
