Churchill Estates marketed the property at a price that was too high. There were very few viewings. We then also put it on the market with Central Estates at a more realistic price. They very quickly arranged a viewing and an offer was made. The property has now been sold.

As estate agents go, they are one of the better ones I’ve used. A little slack with attention to detail (kept getting the wrong asking price in documents and forgot a couple of agreed dates), but aside from that they were super quick in arranging photos, EPC and viewings. Slick negotiating stage and they manage to secure more than the asking price. Sold within 2 days of going on the market.
