Huge thanks to David and his staff for making the selling process so easy. I’ve used a few traditional shopfront estate agents in the past. Communication and viewing availability was always a headache. I had none of this with Coats and Hall.
From initial contact I was made to feel at ease and that I had made the correct choice in who I trusted to sell my house. David was quick to respond and no question seemed to be an issue for him.

I cannot speak highly enough of Coats & Hall. I dealt with David who from start to finish was excellent. His advice, guidance, photos/videos, marketing and round the clock service was exemplary. David was open and honest from the start, fully advising me of the potentially challenging market conditions I may face when seling a larger property. We used Coates & Hall to sell my mums house. Can't fault David at all, always available for any questions and managed expectations well, more so for my sister who had never sold a house previously.
As a side note a viewer came to view the property, in passing they mentioned "your estate agent has worked hard, he has answered our emails quickly and been contactable throughout".
It reassured us that we had an estate agent who went above and beyond, and that sometimes customers don't appreciate the background work undertaken.
We would definitely recommend.
