This is a good, honest, straightforward company to deal with. They are helpful, friendly, interested and professional.

I never felt hurried by him; and I never felt that his commission was the only thing on his mind. There are some agents who really are NOT interested in their clients, but Syede is a decent person who wants you to find and buy the right property.

What an amazing team, I worked very closely with Syede during the sale of my flat. To be honest they found me as I had enquiries several years before, they had someone that wanted a place in the area so he got in touch.
I know there is a stigma regarding estate agents, these guys are different, conscientious of all parties, focusing on getting the best price whilst also considering all parties needs. Don’t get me wrong we had a couple of moments were there were misunderstanding but we openly talked about it and we resolved it collectively. Which is what you want someone you can be honest, upfront with and who you can trust will also be with you. There are so many moving pieces when it comes to a property sale.
I can’t recommend them enough, it’s not often you come across great service and someone with great pride in a job well done.

I used Cole Harding estate agency as a house-buyer. Syede must have loads of clients he is communicating with all the time, but he always managed to give me the time and focus I required. At the beginning he showed me around the property and didn't make me feel at all rushed, and answered all my questions. He helped to make me feel excited about the property. The sale process ended up being not entirely straightforward, but Syede kept me informed and updated throughout, by email, texts and voice notes which was much appreciated. I would work with Syede and Cole Harding again (but hopefully not for a while now!)

For someone with no experience of selling or buying a house the journey was made much more easier than I would have imagined mainly down to the help, support and expertise of the staff at Cole Harding. They went above and beyond, holding our hand every step of the way. My Grandmother decided to move from her home of 37 years to downsize. Naturally this is a daunting experience for anyone, never mind a 87 year old but we could not have made a better choice with our estate agent. They explained every step, successfully managed expectations, and were honest and upfront with every aspect. Communication was BRILLIANT and no point did we feel like things were not in control from their end. A great selling experience
After trying to sell our flat with two other better known agents for months with no luck, Cole Harding took on our property, priced it correctly and published great photos of the interior. We had lots of viewings and an offer within a couple of weeks.
Syede was a pleasure to work with, professional, proactive and he always showed initiative in order to keep our flat sale process moving. The level of communication was great, we were always kept informed of any issues along the way. He managed to keep all parties involved on track and followed up on any queries in a timely manner.

Syede has been incredibly helpful and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. For a series of unforeseen and unpredictable circumstances it took us 7 months to complete and in the end we exchanged and completed the day our mortgage offer was about to expire! Syede and Rhian at Cole Harding were absolutely excellent. I had previously used a couple of other larger and more nationally known estate agents and they had left me disappointed and underwhelmed. Having decided to go down the more local route, Cole Harding were exactly the tonic for those other not so strong experiences.

We were so glad that we opted to sell our property with Cole & Harding instead of an online estate agents, especially with the issues facing the market with Covid. Syede Cole managed to get us serious buyers to view the property, and nearly all of them made an offer, one of whom was just three days after the market opened following lockdown. Syede managed to get us the full asking price, and was very helpful throughout the process both in giving us advice and in negotiating with others in the chain for exchange and completion dates, which is unlikely to have happened if it were not for his perseverance. This bears testament to how well he marketed the property, and his local knowledge of the area and its amenities. We certainly got value for money in going through this agency.

Just completed on buying a property and it was great to be able to rely on the experience of Syede Cole.
When we had some concerns about the property itself, we were able to view it multiple times and Syede drew upon his list of contacts to inspect various parts and provide free quotes for any work that needed doing. This really helped us plan ahead for the move and put us at ease about proceeding.
Any queries were promptly resolved and the move itself went very smoothly. From the outset we were grateful that Syede was easily contactable and straight talking. This not only saved time but took a lot of stress out of the process! 100% recommend!

We first engaged with Cole Harding when our purchase of a different property with another agent looked like it was going to fall through. We were still hopeful that we would complete but decided to view some new properties. We explained our situation to Syede and he was brilliant. He put us under no pressure and even gave us some really good unbiased advice on how to get the other deal over the line. When the deal did eventually fall through we were more than happy to view properties with Syede and Gavin. The customer service, communication and advice throughout was amazing. Specific issues (such as ensuring a tree was cut down before completion) were coordinated efficiently and the entire process was painless as a result of their professionalism. As first time buyers this was especially important. I would (and will) recommend Cole Harding to anyone.

A pleasant stress free sale. I must have been the worst seller in history, but Syede & Gavin were not only patient but reassuring all the way through, from the first meeting I felt at ease and trusted them, a must for a stress head like me. Any issues that cropped up they dealt with it for me.
