From showing me around Milford on Sea when I first moved here , to letting and recently selling our house. He managed our house let for many years with reliable tenants. We bought a home through Kim at Collins & Butler in Autumn 2022. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We never felt any pressure to buy. Kim was incredibly helpful, very genuine and relaxed throughout the process. Since we're new to the area, she was a fountain of knowledge, making some great recommendations and always going the extra mile, with a minimum of fuss. She even found us a gardener and a cleaner. She made herself available whenever suited us. Her husband even helped us when we got the key stuck in the front door on day 1! Our fault! I would highly recommend Collins and Butler. They act with great integrity and didn't try to sell us houses above our limit, unlike some others. If you are buying or selling through Collins & Butler, you'll know they will be honest, fair, professional and very helpful.

We have just bought a house through Collins & Butler in Milford. The team are all extremely helpful, professional and responsive. They are also genuinely nice people, always willing to answer our (endless) questions and give us lots of really useful information. Nothing was too much trouble. We are extremely grateful for the support they gave us throughout the process. That they managed to find us a house at all in this market was a miracle. We were signed up with a few agents but we were glad that, in the end, we bought through Collins & Butler. We highly recommend them.

Rented a property from them for three years, very responsive to any minor problems.
Then bought a property they were marketing. Very responsive, friendly and professional. Came back quickly with queries and attended the empty property on numerous times when we needed workmen to review jobs. More like dealing with a family business. No unnecessary intrusions, couldn't have been more helpful. Met all the team who all so friendly.

Selling a house can be a daunting business but we were delighted to discover we had made a really good choice in Collins and Butler. The team there is quite outstanding. The service is attentive, friendly and efficient. And most of all, highly effective. Importantly, when sales fell through, they acted quickly to pursue new offers. And when a buyer was in place, they acted swiftly to ensure the whole chain was completed as quickly as possible.
