Despite the sale being under sad circumstances, the team were extremely supportive, offering clear and helpful guidance at each step. They are professional, experienced, knowledgeable and attentive to their clients needs whilst supporting customers. They produced a strong brochure and pitch which focussed upon the strengths and benefits of the property, readily attending for viewings, which was important in our case as it was an estate sale being managed remotely, whilst also being sensitive regarding our recent loss.

I rent a property through John D Wood. I had an issue with the garage door opening mechanism. Telephoned the Lymington office and spoke with Bonnie. She apologised for the problem we were facing and assured me it would be dealt with immediately. Mainly because we were suffering with extreme wet weather and I was concerned with the amount of rain water and the garage being insecure. Sure enough, the following morning the garage was fixed! Excellent service and a lovely member of staff. Thank you.

Friendly, efficient service. The agents were always helpful when I 'phoned to ask questions prior to renting the property. Kat Mitchell showed me around the properties which I had shortlisted.
