She made adjustments to the presentation of our property and arranged new photographs. Within a few weeks we had more viewers and with a few months we had a buyer. Nicola from Compass Estates provided an excellent, professional service providing extensive knowledge of the process throughout. We had 2 properties to be sold and both had prospective buyers within 6 weeks. Nicola did all the dressings for photos and all property viewings which allowed more flexibility for both parties. Nicola was absolutely fantastic from start right through to finish! She was flexible on times when as to when we could do viewings, knowledgable about the houses we saw and responded quickly to all our queries.
