I'd really recommend starting your property search with Coombe Residential, in particular with Elizabeth Szot, when you are looking to buy your next/first property in the Coombe/ New Malden area. Elizabeth worked relentlessly to ensure the sale didn't fall through, and did it all with good humour. When my partner and I viewed our first property in the area it was with Elizabeth and although it wasn't right for us, we both said we'd really like to buy through her. Elizabeth showed us a great range of properties until we found the one we eventually bought, and she supported us and the vendor throughout the process, and working closely with our solicitor. Thanks again Elizabeth!

If you are looking to sell a home in the Coombe Hill/Kingston area, look no further than Hani Madanat and Elizabeth Szot of Coombe Residential. As well as having an unparalleled knowledge of the area, they are savvy, commercial and highly professional in their relentless quest to provide top-class service. We always felt that any viewings of our house were carefully vetted to ensure a focus on the quality of potential buyers rather than the quantity. They provide a personal service to their clients with Hani or Elizabeth attending every viewing, including when our buyers' surveyors and builders inspected the property.
In addition, Hani's drive and determination ensured that communication in the chain, including our own future purchase, was clear, effective and tireless. We've tried other local agents but Hani and his team are in a class of their own.

22 years ago we bought our house via Hani at Coombe Residential and it was smooth service then, so hence when we wanted to sell our home, asking them was a no brainer.
Hani and Elizabeth knew the right value based on all the renovations we had carried out and found a buyer in a few days.
The photographs taken were amazing and showed the house on a glorious day.
Despite some delays in the chain which were out of anyones's control Hani and Elizabeth kept everyone informed and updated and the sale was completed in a short time.
Thanks to all the team at Coombe Residential who I would highly recommend for any purchase or sale in the Norbiton / Coombeside area. Highly recommended!

We have recently purchased a house in the Norbiton area that was being sold by Coombe Residential. Hani gave two excellent tours of the house, explaining everything in intricate detail. He has been selling houses in this area for many many years and seems to know everything about the area, the people and the houses; a true local estate agent. They were also really helpful in pushing the chain along to get the sale completed in good time. I would thoroughly recommend anyone looking to sell a house through them.

I should like to thank Hanni , Elizabeth and the rest of the team at Coombe Residential for their interest, enthusiasm and sheer hard work involved in the marketing and selling of my beloved home of forty years in these very difficult times. They dealt tirelessly and, I have to say, showed great patience with the solicitors who seemed determined to make the process last as long as possible. During this time the house was empty. However, there was hardly a day when the house was not visited and the fish fed in the pond. I was extremely grateful for that peace of mind.

The property we were buying was unique in some ways and Elizabeth made the whole process so much easier and comforting for arguably the most stressful purchase in your lifetime!
