I’ve had direct experience of a good few letting agents over the past 10+ years across 2 UK locations and in short, the average in my experience remains depressingly poor. If you can find a good one stick with them as they are rare. Corbin & Co in my experience is one of the rare good ones. I’ve been renting out a property via them in Poole for the past 7 years and they have consistency met the high standards of professionalism, proactive engagement and value add I would hope for. I’d highly recommend Corbin and in particular Lisa who has been my primary management point throughout this time.

I find Corbin & Co to be efficient, professional, and friendly nothing is too much trouble for them when looking after my rental property. I have been with other Letting Agents over the past 40 years and believe me, none, anywhere near compare with the service offered by Corbin & Co. where you are a valued client and not just a Reference Number. Kyall and the team at Corbin couldn’t have done more for us. We purchased our current home with them 5 years ago and seemed right to also sell with them. Corbin marketed the property well and within a single viewing got us an offer and a buyer. We were also fortunate enough that Corbin had a property that met our criteria for our onward purchase which has made it all allot easier dealing with a sole agent.
The team in the office have great communication and will always offer prompts responses to queries or issues raised along the way from purchase to completion.
We wouldn’t go with any other agent now.

I would thoroughly recommend Corbin &Co. Kyall has made the whole process of selling my house completely seamless. From our initial meeting to the day of completion, he ( and the whole team) have provided great service. They gave honest and realistic advice on valuation, provided timely updates on viewings and buyer feedback and were very helpful in recommending third party service providers (solicitors, EPC etc). They were easy to contact, very approachable and extremely helpful.
