Where do I start? Justyn from Stour Estates went above and beyond….and then some on top of that. We had a very long and complicated chain. Our journey started in Peterborough and we needed to find somewhere that suited all our needs in Poole. Due to family circumstances and a parent who was unwell we had to make the choice to move. We’d been waiting since October 2023 with a buyer pulling out just before we exchanged a week before Christmas, then lost our forward purchase. It was an extremely stressful situation but between Justyn my solicitors and my sellers solicitors who were unrelenting we eventually got there with 4 lots of people in the chain and completed today (24th May). Justyn was quite literally like a dog with a bone and we stayed in contact on a daily basis which honestly made my day making things enjoyable with our constant banter and gifs (I know you’ll miss them ????). We recently sold our house which we also bought off him a few years ago. Justyn was brilliant when we used him the first time so naturally we decided to reach out and sell with him.
He handled our sale with professionalism, knowledge and authenticity. His attention to detail when writing the advert and taking the most incredible photos to make our house shine. He arranged all viewings for one day and managed to get the house under offer within 3 days of it being advertised.
Throughout the process he remained in excellent contact and was also contactable when we needed him including on his honeymoon.

We viewed about 10 different properties in our search for a new home. We soon discovered that most Estate Agents just turn up, show us the home to get their commission whilst offering very little input during the viewing.
Justyn at Stour Estates is nothing like that at all. He was by far the best estate agent we met. His knowledge of the property and the local area were second to none (you'd be surprised how many estate agents know nothing about what they are selling).
He also called for feedback regarding the property and the viewing soon after (again something most estate agents don't bother to do).
Once we had an offer accepted for our new home Justyn was incredibly helpful providing regular updates during the exchange process and offering very good advice when needed. He has excellent people skills and is a great communicator.
He played a huge part in helping us move into our new home as such speed. If you are purchasing a property with Stour Estates I can guarantee you will be in excellent hands.

The team dealt with the sale efficiently and had our house under offer within the first few days of marketing. Once we accepted an offer, the communication and keeping us up to date with how things were progressing was just what we were looking for.
