Justyn has been superb! Throughout the whole process from first viewing to completion, he has been attentive and proactive in moving the process forward. With so many moving parts, no one exists in isolation but Justyn has kept an eye on all relevant moving parts and kept the pressure on to keep things moving. Absolutely amazing service!!! Couldn’t be happier, there wasn’t anything he couldn’t do, went above & beyond & beyond that again! In constant contact with updates, we had a few struggles with some problems in the chain below, but he was on it straight away. Very knowledgeable & gave clear advice/notice of things to come. 100% would recommend to anyone & everyone! The struggles we had were made bearable with Justyns service & contact! Where do I start? Justyn from Stour Estates went above and beyond….and then some on top of that. We had a very long and complicated chain. Our journey started in Peterborough and we needed to find somewhere that suited all our needs in Poole. Due to family circumstances and a parent who was unwell we had to make the choice to move. We’d been waiting since October 2023 with a buyer pulling out just before we exchanged a week before Christmas, then lost our forward purchase. It was an extremely stressful situation but between Justyn my solicitors and my sellers solicitors who were unrelenting we eventually got there with 4 lots of people in the chain and completed today (24th May). Justyn was quite literally like a dog with a bone and we stayed in contact on a daily basis which honestly made my day making things enjoyable with our constant banter and gifs (I know you’ll miss them ????). Amazing service, such a gentleman and I couldn’t recommend him more. If anyone is looking to sell their property do not hesitate to contact Stour Estates. Legend! Thank you - we did it. So kind to leave us a box of gifts and a lovely card too.

Rating I wanna give 6 out of 5. Outstanding professional service provided by the Justyn throughout the property purchase process and finally we done everything in a short interval of time in the Poole.
I got quick response of every single question and we was worried about the whole process before but he suggested us amazing Solictors and Mortgage advisor which makes the process more simpler and quicker . I also wanna thanks Edward and Jennifer as well to make this project successful.
Highly recommended (Stour Estate) to others if you are thinking about to purchase the property don’t forget to meet him once before you select any agent. Really appreciated his effort to make our dream true!!
