Andrew came to our house to do a valuation and he was very friendly and knowledgable - he was also spot on with the home report value and what the house could achieve. Both Kirstin and Lesley were so lovely and helpful and always at the end of the phone for any questions, they got viewings booked really quickly and they kept us well informed. Kirkintilloch lke man of their branches once they have done a deal they dont care. Went into branch Kirsten quite happily chewing the fat and not even thinking Im a professional. I am collectintg keys and the Valuer listening to a colleague planning her social life instead of looking after Buyer and Seller. No that would interefe. Phoned earlier on week and everything a trial and chore. No wonder Estate Agents get a bad rep. Seriously I wish I had the luxury of doing the bare minimum and they will be locking the door . The team were incredibly helpful, always a quick call a way, sometimes advice was difficult to get from the lawyer but the agents at the Kirkintilloch office were outstanding and were on hand for any questions. Their response time for calls was incredible, if I didn't get them on my first ring I was called back almost immediately.
