I have sold 3 properties with Cymru and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I sold my house last Wednesday and in today’s climate I was half expecting to have to sit on the market for a very long time. Thanks to listing our house all over the usual property platforms, they did a video tour and uploaded it to their social media. We found a dream buyer and from offer to completion it took 8 weeks. Over those eight weeks, I worked closely with Tina, she did our viewings and also when the time came she was always there on the other end of the phone when I needed her. She was an absolute godsend when I started panicking close to exchange but she reassured me whenever I needed reassurance. She was an absolute star, Thank you Tina x

Chose this company as wanted to support a small business in the area. Communication very poor, even after a specific request to keep me informed every couple of weeks. Feedback has been non-existent. As a result I have terminated my contract, and even then an apology was not forthcoming from the owner. Very disappointing.

I understand you have had surgery recently, I hope that went well.
Further to the email sent to you by Mr Jonathan Morgan yesterday, are you able to confirm your current situation.
Are you still in hospital or have you been discharged? If you are no longer in hospital, where are you staying at present?
I understand from Emma that gas and electricity supplies are now available in 34 Maesyfelin, but you did not feel able to return there in December, as you had no bedding or towels; Emma told me she was hoping to apply for money for these via the discretionary assistance fund. Has this been sorted now?
Emma has also spoken about the possibility of applying for discretionary housing payment to clear some of the rent arrears to allow you to extend your stay in the bungalow. Has this been done?
Do you still have keys to access the bungalow, and are you intending to return there at all before the notice expires?
As advised previously, you have a legal right to remain there until the notice ends on 21 February, and may be able to stay after that date if your landlord does not apply for a court order.
You are on the council’s housing register and can bid on 1 bed flats; you have told us that you must have a bungalow, and we have advised that bungalows are allocated to people over the age of 55, and younger people normally need an occupational therapist recommendation to be considered for a bungalow. You have given us a letter from your consultant, and that will be passed on to a Occupational Therapist, who may need to carry out an independent assessment of your needs.

Now my belonging are going in to the skip.and I will be face a 1000 bill all this cos reported flys two leek. From Rose sockit of light bulb my ear infection is back cos of bloier I was told in December 2020 when I was in hospital due to damp dangerous conditions that cos health issues cymru estate has damaged my health and cirssva alarming amount of stress from 24th oct 2019 to mach 2021
