Cutting corners on assessments and causing issues with incorrect EPC assessments. Managed to lower our EPC by a whole 15 points while only improvements had been made from prior. Thankfully due to getting an independent assesor out. This anomaly has been fixed. Be wary.... Read more

I have used DM Hall on more than one occasion now for home reports for residential sales. I would reccomend the team in Falkirk. Joanne Taylor in the office was very helpful and David Telford the surveyor was great to deal with explaining everything I needed to know. All in all a pleasant and professional experience.... I don’t recommend DMHALL as an agent in anyway. I was dealing with Michael in the commercial department. Having agreed Head of Terms and all conditions then proceeded to the solicitors for the lease. I was advised to proceed with applying for planning with the council, once planning was approved I contacted the solicitor and DMHALL who wouldn’t respond at times and when they did weren’t clear replies. Eventually after 5 Months of chasing them they replied to me saying they have given the unit to another client and leaving me out of pocket for around £10,000 which I spent on planning and legal documents. I would seriously advise against dealing with this firm in anyway.... Read more
