I have been with David Andrew for over 10 years dealing on my behalf for letting my two properties .from finding new tenants ,managing my two properties or collecting the rent ,I have never had any issues and the David Andrew team were always ready to help or to assist doesn't matter how big or small my enquiries. They were Always very professional and very prompt with answers .I would like to take this chance and say thank you for everything.

David Andrew Estates on Highbury Park have been fully managing two properties for me for over 30 years. I cannot think of a greater testament for their services than that both properties have been let 99% of the time to tenants who have looked after the property and paid their rent on time every single month. Thank you to Philip, Francois and John and the team. I highly recommend these people and this company to both landlords and tenants.

I cannot express how wonderful the team are at David Andrews. Kasim & Sabina have been amazing from the get go. David also has been brilliant. As a first time landlord not knowing everything regarding lettings / rentals they have been keeping me up to date every step of the way. Would use David Andrews again in a heartbeat!

I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.
