I went in to buy some gift vouchers, wow that was hard work. The staff there behind the till is rude. Don't get me wrong the products they sell are good, over priced, cheaper on amazon, has at least 10 staff to 1 customer, really few customers. But wow the staff is rude, I asked for a receipt and she started petty wise arguing, also they are petrified if you ask if you can exchange or get a voucher at another store. This store needs to be shut down and used in a better way. The staff were just so rude, and stupidly over a receipt asked for. It took 3 staff, to figure out on their till that they work at, and stand round chatting, how to process a gift voucher. Really is empty and gone down in service and class. Shame. But honestly avoid this place, or take a picture and go to amazon, you get better customer service. And never mention any other stores, not that I knew of anything, they are so scared or fearful of other Morley Branches that you can't use their product or voucher or exchange. It's so sad, its really gone downhill. I used to shop here for ages. The staff and management are mostly to blame. Its very empty and people just browse, really poor customer service, not helpful and you have to chase them down or break up their chatty standing around conversations. Great for the elderly folk. I will just avoid this place because of the 3 rude staff ladies, and Just order from Amazon. At least they genuinely care about the service.... Read more

Morley's has quite a cornucopia of products. If you are looking for it then it's probably there. They often have a little sale on clearance area and I found some well priced plate racks recently. The staff are very helpful in my opinion.... Read more

I have visiting this unique local store for very long times it was known as Smith Brothers which was my favorite store providing good quality clothes, carpets furnitures curtains and many household items at very reasonable and competitie price Since taken over by Morleys it has become over priced and clothes and many essential has been stopped from sale.. I have to pass by this store now... Read more
