I was recommended WalkersXchange Estate Agents and I am so grateful to the lady who forwarded me their details to manage the sale of my home.
From the outset, it was very evident that the team are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. This was encased with a genuine level of service which was proficient and personal. The photographs were amazing, viewings were scheduled quickly, and my home sold within a few days.
However, the sale of my property was not without challenge. I was part of a long chain which was complex, and due to some high levels of emotion from others within the chain (including myself at times) could have easily been resulted in a broken chain with lots of disappointed families.
I can say wholeheartedly that the glue that held this chain together was Julie. She was totally on the ball and quick to respond calmly to issues as they arose. She was on hand to provide me guidance and liaised multiple times a day with solicitors and other agents within the chain to maintain confidence and velocity.
The phrase above and beyond quite simply does not describe the steps that were taken to support the successful sale of my home. Julie, John, and Chris were on hand to help me throughout the entire process and even provided support to help me secure rented accommodation as I was struggling because I have pets.
Finally, after months of dedication and commitment to get my sale over the line it happened. Even on move day, Julie was calling me, check to see if there was any support that here John or Chris could provide. They were superb and if I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat.

We chose walkers xchange to market our property as they had been successful on several properties local to us and had excellent reviews.
We cannot praise Julie and team highly enough.
Our sale was not straightforward as the buyer was overseas but Julie guided us through and kept on top of everything liaising regularly with our solicitors.
Her knowledge and expertise is clear and she kindly gave her opinion on our new property going forward even though it wasn’t marketed through walkers .
We would 100% recommend walkers xchange for a top class personal service .

Excellent service from Walkers. We were selling a rented property and ideally wished the tenants to be able to remain. Walkers found several potential property investors and negotiated a fair price. They kept us updated regularly and listened to our views. A much better service than we have ever experienced with any other property agency.

Honestly they have been so helpful through my whole homebuying experience. Always super quick and responsive, and keep you in the loop even when there has been no progress. Even when John (my usual contact) was on holiday, someone else responded to my query same day to help me. They always did everything they could to help answer my questions and accommodate me for viewings etc even outside of usual business hours. As my solicitor wasn't the most helpful, I honestly think I would have been completely lost without their help. They really went above and beyond for me. As a first time buyer and someone with ASD, it really meant a lot to me knowing they'd always be on my side and help me wherever possible. It really made the whole process just so much easier for me.
