This is my 3rd year contract I'm about to sign. From the beginning from viewing the property all the way to signing the contract and moved in process went very easy and quick without any complications, the flat was absolutely clean and spotless, during my stay in the flat i haven't had any problems or faults, everything done by email and the agents takes things very serious and quickly take action.
Highly recommend.

Very sad and felt let down. I have been with this estate agent for many years and was happy with them, but as soon as the owner wanted to sell the property, no one didn’t help me finding somewhere else. I have looked on their website and they have so many properties that I could of moved into. No one said , look we have this property which you might like. This was a stressful time and I didn’t felt I was supported. I thought it would of been in their own interest to transition me in one of their properties that they managed.

I've been using David James for a good number of years now and can't recommend them highly enough. As a non-professional landlord, I value their full-management service enormously, the quality of which has been consistently high. They're always on hand to discuss any issues that may arise and, more importantly, actively provide solutions to problems. Could not rate my experience with David James highly enough. Susan was extremely friendly, and regularly kept me updated as the rental process moved along. I was also surprised to receive a beautiful gift box ahead of moving in, and a card - such a lovely personal touch!

Professional service, quick response time and efficient communication with lots of good intention from Susan and David. We had problems with our referencing, but thanks to the patience and support of them we finally sorted it out and signed the contract. Everything neat and legal. Best experience with a letting agency so far.

Emailed asking to view a property - was given the incorrect date twice, then told the original agreed time had been taken. Finally managed to view and offered immediately to place holding deposit down. Had no emails back until chased via email and phone multiple times, only to be told the property is now under offer. Still no response back from David. Shoddy company and appalling organisation skills (if any). Really fit the reputation estate agents are given.

We have been using David James to let our house for many years now and have been delighted with the level of service we have received. As overseas landlords, it's comforting to know that the property is in good hands. They are an excellent team; efficient, friendly and on the ball. Communication is excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used David James to manage my rental flat in Beckenham for over 10 years. They weren’t the first letting agent I used but they will be my last. Super efficient, friendly, expert service at a great price. I’ve not been a month without a tenant and their range of repairers and tradesman to fix problems and conduct surveys is excellent.

BAD SERVICE . PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT AT ALL COST. There is a disgruntled lady who picks phone . Unprofessional service. Never get back to you after several calls just to view a property. Really rubbish. And poor customer service
