Build quality is mediocre at best, mostly due to very poor workmanship. We've lived here for nearly two years and still discovering bodged work. The warranty runs out soon and it bothers me that there are more horrors still to be discovered.... Read more

Megan, you're an amazing sales person and thank you so much for showing me around the beautiful Paddocks yesterday, I had a lot of fun and it was really helpful being shown the development on foot too. I did find Drakelow Park down the road, so if I do lose out timing wise on your beautiful homes, I can hopefully still buy a DWH over there! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both developments, they are beautiful and the build quality is exceptional.... Read more

Show home cost another 20k! Small, uneven boxes, road is dangerous to pull onto due to idiotic speeding drivers. Road links poor to A38 due to traffic. Build quality poor on completed house I viewed. Poor... Read more
