Sammy is fantastic!
His attention to detail when taking photos really does ensure your home is advertised in the best way possible.
Sammy is understanding to individual circumstances and is on hand with transparent and honest advice, information and feedback.
Sammy adds a personal touch by completing viewings personally meaning some of the stress was taken away of selling a home and also being available after and before office hours accommodating to work and home life pressures.
I am about to exchange and complete on my sale and I can not thank Sammy enough for his work and support. I fully and honestly recommend Open House Burton and Swadlincote!

From the initial valuation through to obtaining a sale, Sammy and Sarah have offered a professional courteous and extremely efficient service. The added bonus was that they were so good at arranging viewings they achieved a high quality offer of over the asking price after a number of buyers wanted the property. After using many local agents these have been the best by far because they really care.

The communication both on the phone or by email was really professional and efficient. They understood the difficulties of trying to sell a house whilst working and endeavoured to make their communication fit around us as sellers. They made us feel that we were important to them which is something we haven’t experienced with other estate agents.
They organised a high number of viewings on a couple of days which made it easy for us to live around but it also created a “buzz” which I am sure is why we achieved offers over the asking price.
This then enabled us to chose a high quality buyer.
I have never experienced such a flexible estate agent where viewings at any day and time were accommodated.
To sum up they are a small Estate Agent that really care and go the extra mile.

When selling your house it is a really stressful experience but Sammy has helped us every step of the way from selling but also buying of a property.
Communication is spot on, and is very quick to answer all inquiries to from viewers to get them through the door.

Tbh I engaged this Agent because they are a new business that offered the next best price to the Pre-Pay Yopa / Purple Bricks type of agencies that I wanted to avoid due to the fact that once you’ve paid those Pre- Pay types they have zero motivation to do a good job for you !

We found Sammy to be very honest with his valuation, and follow up communication was great. Unfortunately we could only use a certain agent to sell for us due to our agreement with the new build developer, but we definitely would have used Open House if we could have.
