Recently sold my house on Woods Lane with Dwellings Estate Agents. Dwellings offered a very cheap package of just £499 plus VAT. They saved me ££££. Their expert advice and spectacular marketing helped us achieve the price we were looking for. Dwellings have been amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond of what was expected. Without Dwellings, I would not have been able to complete this process. Really friendly and prompt to answer any questions I had. Excellent communication throughout and kept me informed. I have just brought a house from Dwellings. As a first time buyer, I cannot thank them enough for support and assistance throughout this important journey. I had called other agents for viewings on houses they were selling but they seemed more interested in cross selling, one estate agent a stone throw away from Dwellings said I needed to be “financially assessed by their in house mortgage team and only then they would consider discussing an offer” I did attend and then tried to sell me their products and services. Those who want to sell avoid these agents as they only put buyers like me off. With Dwellings I just took a back seat and they literally helped me with everything. Communication has been fantastic, last weekend I called the mobile number and whilst the team member was on holiday abroad still spent 15 minutes helping me. Thank you Dwellings!

As a part time property developer, I have bought and sold houses through almost all of the estate agents. This was the 1st time I used Dwellings, their fixed price fee attracted me to them. I can honestly say there is no compromise on service and they went over and beyond any other estate agent I have used. Staff were very easy to get a hold of and always followed through with what they promised to do. All in all you cannot go wrong with this Co I got a fantastic service, cheaper than anyone else and saved around £1000. I will definitely be using Dwellings again in the future and will 100% recommend it to everyone.

I was looking to sell our property in Uttoxeter and called out several estate agents to value our house. All gave a fair price, but their fees to sell my house with them were 1% plus VAT or 1.5% plus VAT. One of them wanted their fees to be paid upfront. I also had a house to sell in Burton which is where I approached Dwellings, who were recommended by a friend who had recently sold a property with them. I mentioned to them that I have a property in Uttoxeter that I would like to sell, and they were more than happy to market my property. They were doing a promotion where they listed your property for free. I did not pay a single penny and saved myself a lot of money. I am shocked that, whilst there was nothing to pay, the photography, the marketing of the property, the communication, the viewings, and much more were still up to a high standard. Our house sold on the first viewing and took less than two months to complete. The service I received from Dwellings was consistent, helpful, and professional. The owner, Yas was very helpful and went above and beyond in helping things to progress. I will be recommending them to everyone. His expertise in the business is what made the sale so smooth and quick. Thank you so much to everyone at Dwellings.

Dwellings are really good. We put an offer in on a house and it was accepted, however we were in a contract race with another buyer. Throughout the whole process Yas kept me informed of what was going on, and helped us in every way possible. He was on hand any time of the day, and always available to answer any questions. Today is completion day and we cannot thank Yas enough!

I have today completed the sale of my house on Waterloo Street. I called 3 agents out & decided to go with Dwellings as they were by far the cheapest. I got a better service for £499 than you would have at any other estate agent with their premium package which was £2500 plus vat. My property was professionally marketed, a professional photographer attended & the quality of the photos were simply fantastic. Dwellings did all the viewing for me, and my property sold in one day. There was always someone available to talk to or answer any questions almost immediately and out of hours. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Dwellings. Best of all, I saved a huge sum of money that I can now go spend on Christmas presents.

I have sold my house on Balata Way with Dwellings. Their communication throughout the whole process was professional, friendly, and quick. Their professional approach to house selling is second to none. Dwellings were the cheapest and saved me a lot of money. For a low fee of just £499, professional photos, accurate floorplans, a virtual tour, and a first class service were provided. had a difficult time with the buyers, and Dwellings were more than happy to go above and beyond to get things done and get us to the finish line. The service has been excellent, with Dwellings demonstrating professionalism and efficiency throughout. Their personable approach made every call a pleasure. Dwellings were always on the other end of the phone or an email to answer any questions I had, and I couldn’t recommend them enough when selling a property. Overall, it's been an excellent experience, and I have no regrets about choosing Dwellings to sell my property.
