Honestly couldn't recommend this letting agent enough, they are polite, professional and efficient and after having the pleasure of speaking to Jayne and Ben me and my daughter have got our home. within a matter of days from viewing the property and being shown around by Ben to getting the call from the lovely jayne saying we've got our home . Couldn't thank you guys enough ????

I have experienced excellent service from Newton Fallowell from my very first phone call to them. They are friendly, professional, and helpful. Jayne, the Lettings Administrator, has been fantastic and has gone above and beyond to support me with the lettings process. Ben, the Lettings Manager, is knowledgeable and efficient. Both of them have offered outstanding customer service and their communication has been excellent. I can’t recommend highly enough!

We have been renting with Newton Fallowell for over 12 months now and I can’t recommend them enough. At the start, Jayne was very helpful in arranging the property viewing and then in getting all the formalities sorted and getting us moved in quickly. Since then, they have always been quick to respond to any requests we’ve had, even replacing our electric shower when it started leaking. Ben has been very accommodating and understanding when they needed to book check-ins at the property. Both Jayne and Ben have always been helpful to us over the phone and in person. I would 100% recommend using Newton Fallowell as an estate agent.

I have rented with Newton fallowell for a few years after they took over from a different agency and the change was very noticeable and very welcome .
Jayne and Ben are always at the other end of a phone or email and couldn’t be more accommodating. Nothing seems too much trouble.
They have recently helped me to find a new home and I’m very happy to be staying with Newton and fallowell.

Jayne and Ben were amazing in finding our new home. Very quick turn around in doing checks etc ready for us moving in. We viewed our new home on the 9th of may and we had the keys and were moved in by the 22nd of May. All staff have been so friendly and helpful in our journey moving into our new home. We also have a integrated dishwasher which we found didn't work and within 24 hours they had sent somebody out to try and fix it but found they couldn't so had a new one ordered. Great service all round would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to move.
