Had Jon do a viewing for us. He was really nice and was very straight forward and knowledgable. It's nice to have an estate agent show you a house and know detail about it and the market in general. Makes you feel a bit more at ease.
Feels like a fresher approach to the estate agent business model that I think is welcomed as much of estate agents these days can otherwise feel like a commodity service.
It's nice to see a business operating a little different with a newer view of how to do things.

Complete con artist he has been arrested for fraud charged me £1000 for £200 worth of food be aware don't rent from him all he wants is ur money he offers me a refund I accepted then heard nothing from him since he also burgled his own family a few years ago shows what kind of person ur renting off stay clear all u have to do is Google his name to see everything about him Jordan daykin

Max at Daykin Estates has been fantastic. The company took over our rented property in the summer, whenever we have had an issue Max personally has taken it upon himself to make sure all issues have been taken care of swiftly and to a great standard. I can't recommend him/them enough!

Very disappointing!! They enticed me in at Christmas time with low offer charges saying Christmas is the best time for viewers/buyers but then didn’t do anything!! I thought the photos and video tour would be done professionally, but actually was done on the agents phone so not of great quality. I thought never mind, as I was informed that boxing day there would be a surge of people!
There was no communication in the whole 30 days except for an email to give Christmas greetings. Not even a phone call to give reassurance that they are still working to find viewers. The agent had said he had a list of people to match to my property but I hadn’t heard a single thing from them in the whole 30 days about this so I did not meet even one viewer! It felt as if they just wanted me to sign up and then sit back and do nothing. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

We have moved house 5 times now, and not had a great experience until now!
We dealt mostly with Alan, who was excellent! Always available on the phone and email, instantly responding.
We had a buyer pull out, and our new buyer was difficult throughout, but Alan sorted it all out for us.
We could not have got our dream home without him!

The team at Daykin Estates were exceptional from start to finish. They were genuinely invested in finding a solid buyer for my flat and getting me a brilliant second home. They acted as go between on the chain and checked in regularly on the progress. It was a pleasure to work with them on what can be a very stressful process.
