Thank you Kathryn & Wrights Residential for making the process of securing an amazing rental property so easy. Throughout the process Kathryn was very clear and efficient in guiding ourselves and our landlord to a happy conclusion.
So many of the larger lettings agencies are so negative and unhelpful when presented with a slightly more challenging application (even turning us away at the door) they are more interested in quick wins and maximising profit, to the detriment of the prospective tenant and even future landlord.

Don't waste your time and money ,they arranged a viewing, I caught a train booked overnight into a hotel for the viewing the next day only to recieve at text saying they have rent the property out ! So professional? I think not

Our hob was scheduled for inspection by a gas engineer and found to be unsafe to use and it needed to be replaced by the landlady. One of the very helpful Wrights agents(Kathryn Tape) was in charged of sorting this issue for us. She was very helpful by following this issue with the landlady and found a contractor that managed to order a new hob to be installed in a short period of time. We are now back to normal cooking! I have viewed a couple of properties being let through Wrights Residential, both times the viewing process has been quick and to the point. The staff there have been fantastic and prompt in their communication to me.
The property that I now rent through them had a couple of maintenance issues which I flagged up and were resolved with absolutely no hassle.
For a small independent company they definitely are on point and customer focused in a way that larger companies tend to no longer be capable of.

Seldom do I find a company worth writing a review on but I am delighted to recommend this agent for its professionalism and responsiveness. In particular, Abigail has been terrific from day one when I had been badly let down by one of her competitors who had failed miserably to undertake a letting service for me. Abbie arranged to have the property painted and decorated, some minor repairs undertaken and fully carpeted with the minimum of fuss, all in a timely way. She found a tenant and completed an inventory with pictures in a wholly professional manner. Very well done indeed, I could not recommend these people more strongly.

The ONLY estate agent worth using in Trowbridge. Faultless communication, regular updates and even checked in on us after we moved in to the house we bought through them. Rented one of their most expensive houses and were plagued with problems throughout the years tenancy. The worst landlord and agent I have ever dealt with!
Even got stung for the deposit as I had so much evidence the DPS didn’t / couldn’t open the large file. I’m told this normally isn’t an issue as most tenants only hand in a cover letter. A very expensive lesson learnt and the first time I’ve ever had an issue renting.

From start to finish the whole process to let our property was smooth , proffessional and a complete can do attitude . This company can not do enough for you. They came out to value within 48 hours of a email enquiry. Walking into the office your made to feel welcome and part of there office family. They offer very competitive rates and their communication is constant. Poor Hayley was hounded by me in the evenings late after work and i was shocked to get replies. We had a very bad hick up with our current estate agents and landlord and we was facing an eviction along with having cervical cancer. I would recommend Wrights to everyone who is looking to rent, as that's what they helped us with. I popped into Wrights to book a viewing and we had discussions about what type of place my partner and I were interested in and they sent emails about the properties that would be of interest to us, keeping to the price, location and number of bedrooms we wanted. When we got shown the houses there was no pressure from the agents that showed us around and they didn't speak about fees until we expressed interest in a place. They were definitely the cheapest in renting fees but their quality of service was the best.
They were patient and helped us when we had to do our application forms and were super helpful in answering any queries and replied to emails quickly. They kept us updated with the property we were interested in and I couldn't fault them at all.

I personally dealt with Claire at Wrights when viewing the property. Well what can I say, from the start she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. It was like meeting a friend! 5 star experience from start to finish. When the first property we viewed wasn't right for us the ladies at Wright's advised us on other properties they had of the same spec. They always kept in contact, kept us up to date every step of the way, and was the least stressful move we've had. We always contact via email now so we have written proof of what conversations we've had (we've had our fingers burnt before) and you can guarantee a reply within the hour. We've used plenty of estate agents in our time, but Wright's are top of the list in our recommendations. Professional, friendly and efficient service!! Well done guys.
