I discontinued the marketing. Plenty of viewings with generally favourable feedback but only one offer well below the guide price. Had the impression the agent was focussed on numbers through the door rather than attracting realistic buyers with whom I could have a reasonable negotiation... Read more

A good rate/price but agents regularly unable to do viewings, especially at weekends when most people want to view so instead I had to show viewers round instead. Would consider using an online alternative such as Purple Bricks next time as in my view the price I pay is for them to do the viewings, not the seller.... Read more
