16th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)I am really glad I chose Cooper and Tanner. They are incredibly supportive and always there when I needed them. Their patience with my wobbles and my questions was amazing! The sale price was well below the valuation which was disappointing. This may have been partly due to the market difficulties at this time but I feel that possibly they did not pick up just how big a problem not having an upstairs bathroom would be. However other estate agents who valued the property did not seem to pick this up either. In all other areas I absolutely cannot fault them.

From the initial visit by John, through to completion, the whole team were supportive, friendly and extremely professional. We dealt mainly with Ryan and Tom, who were superb, but all of the team made us feel welcome whenever we called in. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.
30th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)We recently sold our property and brought our ongoing property with Davies and Davies and the experience could not have been more different from our previous experiences with another local agency. The communication with regards to the chain was always very clear and regular, when we experienced stress (cause by other solicitors not our own) Toby in particular went over and above to help resolve the situation and minimise any delay to our completion date. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Toby and his team to friends and family and I personally would never use any other agency. However since they helped us find our forever home I can’t see us needing to. Thank you to all the team!!

We expected it to be extremely stressful but the team at Paxtons made the whole process as straight forward and pain free as possible. Charlotte, Sarah, Kate and the team are all personable, knowledgeable and forthcoming with none of the usual jargon that you’d expect from a typical estate agents. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell/buy a property.

The day before our move-in, our original landlord unexpectedly withdrew from the agreement, leaving us in a difficult spot. The team at Hamptons went above and beyond to secure us an alternative flat quickly and seamlessly. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our situation made all the difference, and we were able to move with minimal disruption. If you're looking for a team that truly puts their clients first, we highly recommend Hamptons in Bath. We’re very grateful for their hard work and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome - our new flat is amazing!

Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you

He was always readily available, patient and helpful and proved to be an invaluable link between myself and the buyers. His input undoubtedly made the whole process a lot smoother. Any contact I had with the Fine & Country office was similarly impressive. I would whole heartedly recommend them.

15th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)Tenants and landlords look no further. You will not find greater professionalism, swift communication, industry experience and teamwork anywhere in Bath. Nicola Wilkes (Lettings) and Sharon Clesham (Sales) run a very slick operation and whatever your needs (a new home to rent or letting a new or existing rental property) they will guide you through the process to complete satisfaction. I say this having been a landlord with them for many years and recently been introduced (by Nicola) to another investment opportunity. I am nothing short of amazed by the sleek communication between Sales and Lettings and myself (these ladies know more about property than anyone you’ll meet in Bath and they and their teams are a real pleasure to work with). What I want out of rental property is a great investment but ONLY if my tenants are happy. I need them well looked after and at the top of my agent’s priority list. With the Apartment Company tenants are the priority. And yet this outstanding company deliver more financially to me than any other agent we’ve used in Bath. If you don’t make money, they don’t make money so its a win-win. If you are a first-time landlord and considering a move to renting in Bath (but not sure the best way to go about this), talk to Nicola and Sharon. You won’t regret it. If I was buying a new home for myself, Sharon is the first person I’d call. One final thing…..I noticed a comment that they didn’t always call back if you made an enquiry. Well, if you are Bath’s premier property agency and everyone wants to talk to you, well, yes, you may have to wait a day or so for a reply to a speculative call. No-one wants a company whose sitting about waiting for the phone to ring, do they?! You want an agent whose out there keeping it together for people like me, like my tenants (at the height of a pandemic with vastly reduced staff). Always an impeccable service that goes beyond your expectations. Thank you Sharon and Nicola and everyone at The Apartment Company.

From the very first house viewing, Jess was incredibly attentive and provided detailed information about the property. While treating all potential tenants fairly, she also made sure to give the landlord accurate feedback, which ultimately led to me being the lucky one to rent the home I loved. Jess’s hard work didn’t stop there—she was equally efficient when it came to finalizing the contract and arranging for an electrician to inspect the house. Every interaction, whether via email or phone, was warm and genuine. I truly felt that Jess cared and wanted to help. Thank you, Jess, for everything! I wish you happiness every day! :)

As first time buyers, it was very reassuring to have great contact throughout the process; from arranging the first viewing; making the offer; the second viewing; and continually helping with issues we were having with our solicitors. Without Paul we wouldn’t have known quickly that communication between the solicitors for the sale was breaking down and threatening the process. With Paul’s prompts and genuine care, we were able to chase our solicitors when needed and ensure things kept moving. We love our house and fee very lucky that it was still available and it all worked out for us! Paul is such a lovely personable guy, but sadly this is our forever home so we won’t need his services again! We are recommending him to friends and family though!

Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
