I found DB Roberts very helpful and very good value for money. They were quick and professional getting the house on the market. Again quick to give an update when viewings had been completed. Always got back to you, which when selling is a stressful time they helped reduce what was in their gift to so. Also ,very friendly which, felt they were working with you, felt you were part of team.

DBR have been good to support me with my physical and cognitive disabilities certainly in terms of viewing reminders and viewings. Not as many viewings as I had expected. Property now sold STC so thank you.

I was impressed with the market knowledge of Katie and the whole team. I felt the onboarding went smoothly and I've had no concerns. All the team are in a position to be able to deal with any queries swiftly, I feel that the sharing of knowledge, and record keeping is 2nd to none!

Lottie and Dan from DB Roberts impressed me from the start with their friendly, confident, knowledgeable professionalism. Lottie in particular dealt sensitively with my initial enquiry as this was a probate sale following the death of my brother. She advised us to use the modern auction method for the sale and this worked perfectly for us as the sale was achieved very quickly for the sort of price I was expecting. I have been kept well informed of developments at each stage of the process and have been well supported throughout.
