BUYERS BEWARE<br>I was a buyer, I was lied to about the construction type of a property ( turned out to be timber frame once survey was completed).<br>When I brought this issue up I was told that my surveyor was wrong and they had sold the attached house nextdoor and it was not timber frame. This was incorrect and both properties were. I had to send the photo proof from my surveyor to convince them it was timber frame and they tried to pressure me into carrying one with the my purchase. Very unprofessional.
