My partner and i arranged a viewing with dunston however no confirmation was sent and due to the viewing being on a Sunday we were left confused regarding the time. When offering fees back and asking why an email confirmation was not sent he was told by a very rude lady that they were far too busy to do such (all other agents appear to be able to do this) a polite and sunny manner costs nothing but rudeness cost you two potential house buyers your loss!...
