Having never gone through the process of selling a house, dealing with all at Edward Mellor and in particular, Natalie, it’s been a pleasure!!
No question I’ve posed has been deemed silly and whenever I’ve needed to reach her, she’s been there explaining everything, dotting all the i’s and crossing all the t’s for me!!!
In short, I was quite nervous and Natalie allayed all my fears and put my mind at ease in regards to things that needed to be done and guided me every step of the way!!!

The most polite, courteous and helpful estate agent that I have had the pleasure of coming across. Very pleased with the service of every member of staff I interacted with, notably Francesca and Chelsea who have been incredibly helpful so far whilst also being understanding in taking time to explain the buying process which to myself as a first time buyer was a lot to learn.
