Sent a web request for information on a property for sale. They sent me an email saying they tried to call me and for me to call them. Unfortunately I use my phone for texts and emails as I have a communication disability so phoning isn’t a possibility. It’s a shame that society is so ableist. I sent a web request for a reason... for information. I only need this information provided. I don’t need a verbal conversation about it. Is this for information to be gathered about me?? Chris set up our mortgage for us then we Had the house valuation by Megan , who was very professional and informative, she put us at ease with the selling process ..
