I’ve had the pleasure of using Edward Mellor several times now for auction, buying and selling, and every experience has genuinely been fantastic. Most recently, they helped me sell a property, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to support me through the process.
Austin, Chris and Emma all offered thoughtful, reassuring advice throughout, and Emma in particular was absolutely wonderful – she guided everything from start to finish with such care and attention. She kept me regularly updated, was always friendly and approachable, and made the whole experience feel so much easier.
Emma found a buyer incredibly quickly, which was amazing and I felt completely supported every step of the way. I’m so grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Edward Mellor to anyone. Thank you all so much!

We have recently engaged Edward Mellor to sell our property and are extremely pleased with the service we have received. From the valuation through to the potential sale they have been extremely attentive and efficient. Elliot Allen in particular has been enthusiastic and very pleasant to deal with. He valued the property and took great photographs which he showed us there and then and the draft brochure was with us by email the next day. Edward Mellor have so much knowledge of the local area in Woodley, we felt very confident with them taking on the sale and our house sold within about a week. Super quick at getting it listed and efficient with organising viewings so we couldn’t really ask for more!
