Many thanks to Nicola, Mark, Harvey and Terri-Anne. From start to finish the whole experience of selling our house went very smoothly. From day one we were given excellent help and advice. All the staff were very professional, easy to contact, friendly and courteous. Also thanks to other members of staff we did not meet who kept us up to date as the sale progressed. We would not hesitate to recommend the Marple branch of Edward Mellor.

If i could give zero i would. We were buyers and Edward mellor were friendly until we received our keys. Seller had left the house in an awful state, ourselves and our solicitors have tried contacting edward mellor (less then an hour after getting the keys from them) for assistance and we were told its not their problem. Our solicitor confirmed normally in these situations estate agents are super helpful and get things resolved. Shame on you Edward Mellor Hazel Grove!!

James came to do a valuation at my property and was very professional. He answered all of my questions and got the photos sorted quickly too. He made the process very quick and clear. I’ve only just started the marketing process with the agents but so far so good.

Thank you to all the team at Mellor in Hazel Grove. A special thanks to Emma and Chris who sold the house, both were very professional and demonstrated great negotiation skills. Emma said she was confident she would sell our house in 2 weeks to secure the house we wanted and that’s exactly what she did.
Tracey in sales progression kept us informed at all stages of the move .

Very poor customer service. Failure to respond to messages and telephone call and it's been over a week. This doesn't provide much confidence they will deal with potential buyers any differently so I'd avoid. Plenty of good estate agents in the area, two of which in the same period of time have responded, visited the property, valued it and provided a quote to market it for sale.

Excellent service from Natalie and the rest of the team. Sold within 2 weeks. All viewings were done by the agent as we live a long way from the house. Couldn't ask for more.

Having never gone through the process of selling a house, dealing with all at Edward Mellor and in particular, Natalie, it’s been a pleasure!!
No question I’ve posed has been deemed silly and whenever I’ve needed to reach her, she’s been there explaining everything, dotting all the i’s and crossing all the t’s for me!!!
In short, I was quite nervous and Natalie allayed all my fears and put my mind at ease in regards to things that needed to be done and guided me every step of the way!!!
