I was told I could not view the flat unless I first spoke with their mortgage broker. This appears to be conditional selling, which is not appropriate practice. Disappointing experience with the agent.

I was putting my house on the market and was visited by Elliott from the Denton Branch to value the property . On Thursday my house was on the market complete with pictures. From the moment I met Elliot I was at ease he was very professional , friendly , respectful and helpful. He is a true asset to your company. On Tuesday 10th I was phoned by him to say I had an offer for my house. He was very helpful in explaining the next stages . I am looking to purchase a bungalow Elliott explained what they are going to do to help me find one. I would like to thank him for all his help and assistance.

Edward Mellor have so much knowledge of the local area in Woodley, we felt very confident with them taking on the sale and our house sold within about a week. Super quick at getting it listed and efficient with organising viewings so we couldn’t really ask for more!

Emma booth, Andrea O'Brien and the team have been excellent so far and sold our home in a few weeks. They're always proactively selling your property to those on their records and professional with those that make contact directly.
