5 stars are simply not enough!
Elizabeth and Paolo of Elizabeth Hunt & Associates Limited, are like no other Estate Agents I have ever come across. They make what is usually a very stressful, painstaking and tiresome process, pleasant, relaxing and simply a dream. So much so, that I'd happily move each week, just to deal with them again. My partner and I have really been left quite gobsmacked by the whole experience if I'm honest; the level of care, genuineness, honesty and transparency and likeableness that both Elizabeth and Paolo possess, is simply unmatched and nothing I've ever come across before in the many years of renting and also buying/selling. With that, whilst I was trying to find the perfect words to give this review the justice it so much deserves, I stumbled across the Cambridge Dictionary's definition of 'incomparable'. And so, for this review I'm going to simply use that instead, as I couldn't put it any better if I tried.
"So good or great that nothing or no one else could achieve the same standard".
Elizabeth and Paolo, both Rachel and I would like to say once more just how grateful we are for everything, and we very much hope to bump into you again soon.
P.s. Paolo we're holding you to the Neapolitan coffee promise and look forward to having you over soon to join us for a beer, and the much needed continuation of our conversation on the best driving routes to Italy.

Elizabeth and Paolo are the best! I have had the pleasure of working with them both. When I inherited my aunts house, I was not sure whether to rent out or sell. Buying our home through Elizabeth Hunt Associates - a boutique estate agency based in Surrey - felt like a very different experience from the word go. Obviously we were on the books with lots of estate agents as we were looking to buy a house in a specific area but things just felt more personal with Elizabeth and Paolo .
They were easy to deal with, friendly, helpful and straightforward. They were very clear about how they would deal with all prospective buyers for the house we were interested in (and went on to buy) regularly keeping us up-to-date with key information and thereby minimising anxiety.
Upon completion they seemed genuinely delighted for us. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We engaged Paolo from Elizabeth Hunt & Associates as our estate agent to manage the sale of our property in Effingham. From our very first meeting his professionalism, knowledge of the house sales business and determination to achieve the best outcome for us shone through. Throughout the process Paolo worked with us and the buyers, the solicitors and other estate agents to ensure that all aspects of the sale were being dealt with. He also took the lead in troubleshooting issues before they became critical - even those that should really have been dealt with by others in the chain. In the week before the sale was completed, Paolo was in constant contact with all involved and it is largely through his efforts that we completed on 30 June..... in the nick of time to qualify for the Stamp Duty savings.
We cannot praise Paolo high enough....he is a real gem!

Liz has been managing my rental property for over 10 years and I was always very happy with her service, especially as I didn't live in the UK for most of that time. Tenant changeover went smoothly each time and I can't remember the property ever being empty for more than a couple of weeks. When I finally made the decision to sell, EHA also handled the sale of the property and Paolo found a buyer in no time. Sale went ahead and got completed with no issues.
I highly recommend EHA for all property rental and sales service to everyone looking in having their property managed.

Cannot fault the service I received from Elizabeth Hunt when buying a new home through them. Paolo was a delight to deal with, keeping me up-to-date throughout the entire process. When the transaction got delayed (due to a problem with my buyer) he was extremely patient and reassuring, helping to keep the whole move on track. Communication was excellent throughout, and we are now delighted to be in our new home. The bottle of champagne left by Elizabeth Hunt when we moved in was also a nice touch. Would highly recommend!
