Avoid avoid avoid. Not surprising the level of the customer service when the manager speaks to customers rudely and is very arrogant. Exact words 'we cant offer individual care as we are such a big estate agent.'

Initially we had excellent service from one member of staff who, unfortunately left shortly afterwards. From then on the standard of service slipped to the point of hapless and frankly hopeless. Feedback on viewings was sporadic and had to be chased on nearly every occasion. After a considerable period of inaction we asked for some suggestions as to how to move the sale onward hoping for a different approach. Nothing substantial was forthcoming.
Overall a very disappointing engagement.

Aweful, 3 Lyster Gardens was a total death trap with water running down the walls, grime and mould everywhere. The agency ignored my requests to fix the water leak, leaving me to live in the exact conditions that cause deadly Pneumonia, i.e. cold and damp. Now they are trying to use old photos to have me pay for clearing the garden. A total farce from beginning to end.
