Great proactive agent. I have been working with a few different estate agent, Georgina is the one will take extra miles for the clients. She is not only doing the duties of an estate agent, putting a really good selling strategies on our property, she also helped us clean the patio stones at her own time when we needed lending of hands, even helped out clearing the house. She has worked on the buying couple when they wanted delaying the completion, she is the best agent you can wish for with the stress of buying or selling houses. Georgina is the most bubbly, friendly and knowledgeable estate agent I've met in my time as a home buyer. Her enthusiasm for what she does and the house she was showing us around was really different to any house viewing I've had before, and her honesty about work which needed doing around the property was a real breath of fresh air. The most impressive part for my husband and I, though, was the wealth of knowledge Georgina had, and shared openly and willingly, about not only the house but also the surrounding area.
