Fantastic honest service no doubt… Seeing the last review of someone blaming them of scamming of 2600 gbp i was a bit worried but still contacted Faith and co estates ltd. They were very professional in handling the whole process. Had all documents related to the property in black and white…. Were very clear about the whole process from the start to finish… took a non-refundable deposit from us to hold the property for us… gave properly documented receipt of the non-refundable deposit…made things crystal clear…. at the end when we asked about the review from the anonymous person they showed as all the documents signed by the anonymous client who I can clearly see was at fault… HONESTLY ANOTHER VERY GOOD EXAMPLE OF “EVERY COIN HAS TWO SIDES….” NEVER BELIVE STORY OF ONE PERSON…. Especially of a anonymous person who don’t have guts to even mention there name… Good work Faith and Co….. I truly recommend them…... Read more

Please every one be careful , he is scammer , he advertised residential property and tired to rent as commercial he took £2600 , and refused to return : he harassed at extremely. He refused to communicate and started to take about solicitor . But we did not let me go and asked him to bring his solicitor details . I am sure that he used to threaten the innocent tenants by solicitors and he tried same techniques, We reported him to police also . Bank frozen his accounts... Read more
