This is literally the worst agency i have dealt with. I was interested in a commercial property and gave my offer and i was told before we proceed we want you to view it. Then after viewing i was told the landlord is happy with my offer. Then few weeks later i was told to increase my offer then I did and i was told this offer is accepted then I bought few bits for the shop hoping to sort out a tenancy then i was told landlord has gone with someone else. Honestly the amount of lies and unprofessionalism that went on was unbelievable. I will not go near any property in the future that FHP deals with ever.... Read more

we are very upset. The agency did not comply with the condition of the refund of the deposit. We deliver our house cleaner than they give us. We have photos of the stained sofa upon our arrival and they assure us that it was us. Lie. They say they have photos of seeds in the kitchen drawers. Lie I have the video where we show each part of the clean house. We are still waiting for our money and their reply. (2 M ago) Please at least contact us.... Read more

Having used FHP for the sale of a commercial property in Chesterfield and been really happy with their service we didn’t hesitate to use them again when we wanted to sell another property, this time in Nottingham. As it was a different area we used a different FHP office for this sale but we weren’t disappointed, the service received from FHP was again superb, despite the Covid-19 pandemic being in full swing. Oliver Marshall made the whole process as smooth as possible, gave us excellent advice on our options and kept us fully informed of any developments along the way. Around a couple of month ago,I have contact FHP for my shop to rent out,first of all I rang once and the lady answer the phone call and told me that someone will call you back but I never had a phone call at all but after that I rang after couple of days and she told me again that someone will ring you but this time I got the call and from top of my head I can remember the name of the person whom I speak was Marshall but not really sure and they have booked me for the appointment to view the property on Wednesday but no one has been to the property on that that day at all and I never had the phone call either.... The worst company I have had pleasure to deal with, Will gazump you last minute to make an extras £, Swerve phone calls, Thomas never replies back to you and leaves people hanging for weeks on end. We have just purchased a property and FHP offer the management, and they have helped settle us in, helped with gates and codes, and even arranged for us to join the local whatsapp group. Poor service on numerous occasions. The first property I went to visit the agent turned up twenty minutes late for a viewing. Then on the second property the viewing was cancelled 20 minutes before an appointment, on two days in a row! Would recommend staying well clear.... Read more

Expensive and seemingly very low value for money. Delusions of grandeur yet they are unable to satisfy basic requirements. As managing agents I suspect they are more interested in making their friends money than getting value for money for their clients. On dealing with solicitors they charged £240 for answering some very basic questions and managed to delay the house sale by two weeks. I'd give them one star but I have actually dealt with worse....
