I rented the property from this agency for almost a year, but I had to leave as my family became too big for the flat. I have had good experience with them and I was actually very sad when leaving. I have never had the need to contact them for any repair, but they carried regular inspections very often on their own and made repairs when it was required. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for rent, they're very professional.

I wish I could give them 0 zero stars. Con artists supreme. They let us move into an incredibly damp flat. By the time we moved out water was running down the walls. We were lucky to get out in the 3 month window. Please do not rent with them. You will regret it and it will cost you money.
I could write a novel on everything wrong with their service but it's not worth my effort.

Had an excellent viewing, very friendly and well informed. They were open minded and honest which was a nice change, all the while ready to work on any concerns I had. Look forward to renting from them!

Absolute shocking experience. They employed us as a contractor and never paid us. We sent a team of 4 cleaners at their bosses house Ravenlodge Blackburn but after all the effort and hardwork by a team of 4 cleaners doing a full day, their boss Asif is now denying that he will pay. He is making stories that he paid an extra £450.00. Job was booked by his secretary Ayesha who even said that everything was ok and she will pay after the job and now all of a sudden they have started saying that they wont pay and trying to avoid us. He will eventually end up losing customers more than not paying us. All his reviews on Trustpilot suggest the same. If you are a contractor, never ever trust this man and his company. Their office colleagues are like defending his stories.

they IGNORE phone calls and emails. Overall whole staff is like team of cowboys picked from here and there and do not know what they are doing. I called Ayesha and Sarah and they were complete unaware of what it was all about and had to chase several time. Got hold of their boss finally named ASIF who i thought would be helpful but he was even worst than his staff. So I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from FYP London. Highly not recommended company on the earth.

I wish i could have given them zero rating. please check their TRUSTPILOT score as well before buying or renting a property from these absolutely terrible unprofessional , i do not have words to say how bad these are. complete waste of time and unethical, unprofessional bunch of idiots,cowboys. Go somewhere else if you need to buy or rent a house

*FYP's Cleaner went through/used my belongings.* I'd had to take a studio flat on a temporary rental from Find Your Place. Though helpful it was at a very inflated weekly rate. Promised flat would be professionally prior to occupancy but wasn't and gross with thick clumps of dirt/dust and bathroom disgusting with green mould. Given wrong keys delaying move by one hour, luckily my man and van free. Unfortunate timing when I had an operation planned. FYP attempted to put off but I insisted flat was cleaned for my recuperation. The majority of my things were kept packed/boxed up. Returning from hospital, flat had been cleaned but was apparent their cleaner had opened and gone into my boxes and used MY what had been disassembled vacuum cleaner to clean months of previous skanky tenant's dirt. I insisted and it seemed reluctantly they reimbursed me for the hour's move delay and my extra removal van costs but only offered a non genuine apology and to 'clean my vacuum cleaner.' This is appalling and I was stunned a stranger, supposed professional went through and used my personal belongings in this way!

Friendly and helpful staff, quickly dealt with maintenance issues; stayed with them for year and half. They returned my full deposit back by the 10 day after I moved out. Would recommend to a friend
